Summary: Technical Artist will develop and maintain robust art pipelines, custom tools, shaders, and visual effects for ultra-realistic Next-Gen and premium cartoon AAA game projects for our clients, fully optimized for Unreal/Unity. They’ll ensure service excellence through proactive client communication, rigorous version control, and AI-enhanced automation, guaranteeing on-time, on-budget delivery at AAA standards Job Description: Engine Integration:
Involved in early project set-up with stakeholders such as kick-off, testing and documentation.
Collaborate with client, IT team, Tech Dept, Production teams during projects’ timeline to tackle any tech related issues.
Be the bridge and main point of contact between art production and clients on any technical concerns
Exploring new technologies and doing necessary training for the team. (AI etc..)
Contribute ideas, tools, workflow for Tech Dept and Production teams
Create clear and accurate technical documentation, training sessions or tools for production teams to increase production efficiency.
VFX Optimization:
Optimize VFX for mobile/console/PC with GPU budget, LODs, shader variants
Lead VFX pipeline, create modular systems, mentor team, and collaborate with TechArt and Design
AI Assisted Workflow:
Apply AI upscalers, remeshing, or auto UV tools to support workflow, integrate AI into modeling/texturing, and customize AI tools Level 34. Design and maintain AI enhanced pipelines and collaborate with ML/TechArt for tool development
Other:
Develop and maintain art pipelines and workflows
Create custom tools and scripts to automate art tasks
Optimize game performance by reducing draw calls, memory usage, and other bottlenecks
Mentor and train other artists on technical art skills
Troubleshoot technical issues related to art assets

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
A minimum of 5 years of experience in 3D art or video game industry.
Familiarity with digital content creation software like Maya, Blender, Substance Painter, ...
Familiarity with at least 1 programming language or shader language or visual programming.
Understanding of physically based rendering (PBR), lighting and shading.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English, able to clearly communicate ideas and technical knowledge
Independent, pro-active, showing initiative.
Game engine experience, e.g., Unreal, Unity.
Scripting APIs of 3D software like Maya, Mari, ZBrush, Substance Painter,
