WHAT YOU WILL DOWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Java Tech Lead to oversee the technical aspects of our software development projects. The Java Tech Lead will be responsible for, but not be limited to, the following:
Working with Product Owner to clarify task requirement and proactively propose better ideas or suggestion if any.
Lead and mentor a team of Java developers in designing, developing, and delivering robust software solutions.
Define technical architecture and ensure adherence to design principles and coding standards.
Act as the primary point of contact for technical issues within the team.
Participating in the development including coding, testing, unit-testing and code reviewing.
Trouble shooting system issues and analyze errors for root causes and propose solution.
Deploying bug fixes and feature releases.

MUST HAVE
Must be experienced developer, having minimum of 7 years professional experience. A proven track record with international organizations or studying is desirable.
Having a minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership or team lead role.
Solid foundation on Software programming, rich experienced of developing Java Application/Services, Spring Framework
Solid foundation on Database, SQL Query and transaction.
Experienced with system integrations and APIs.
Experienced with utilizing standard design patterns.
Proven skills in creating scalable and resilient software designs.
Ability to follow established architectural guidelines for both design and implementation.
Earger & hunger to learn & adopt emerging technologies, tools, frameworks and cloud services.
Must be used to working with (and enjoy) Test Automation, Scrum.
Self-motivated with good team skills. Enthusiastic and interested in learning and applying new technologies.
Fluent communication in English, both written and verbal.
Have experience and interest working in a distributed team.
SOFT SKILLS
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure.
PLUS SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Experience with Agile Project Management; namely Scrum
