- Discuss with customers about the process issues and improvements.- Based on customer’s discussion, work with engineers to make a clear direction to solve the process issue and make the improvement.- Make the DOEs (Design of experiments) to simulate the process failures, trying new process parameters or consumable.- Check and submit the MBO/ PBO/ Process FACA to customers.- Take quick actions and decisions for trouble shooting in the production line.- Communicate with other departments such as QA, IQC, RnD to get the information for process.- Highlight/ Report process issue daily to the leaders

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
