I. What You’ll Do1. Project Management
Lead project planning and execution, working closely with internal teams and clients to ensure alignment and success
Define and manage key project elements: scope, schedule, budget, quality, and stakeholder communications
Monitor project progress, address blockers, and adjust plans to ensure timely delivery
Maintain comprehensive documentation and ensure compliance with company processes and contractual commitments
Allocate and manage team resources: assign tasks, track performance, and support hiring or training when needed
Proactively manage risks by identifying issues early, creating mitigation plans, and keeping stakeholders informed
2. Pre-Sales Support
Gather and analyze functional and non-functional requirements to recommend appropriate technical solutions
Assess client needs and propose solutions based on feasibility, scope, and budget
Estimate project complexity, effort, timeline, and cost
Develop proposal and support to make a bid for the project
Consult solutions and best choices to customers and negotiate them to win the project
Review the contract, follow and track the project against contractual term

II. What You’ll Bring*Must have
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
8+ years of experience working in Software Development team, including 3+ years in a Project Manager role
Solid technical background (preferably with prior roles as Senior Developer, Tech Lead, or Engineering Manager)
Strong understanding of SDLC models such as Agile/Scrum and Waterfall
Experience working closely with software development teams, technical and non-technical stakeholders
Hands-on experience in internal activities such as technical consulting, demo/proposal preparation, pitching solutions, time and cost estimation.
Proven team management experience (3-5 members)
Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written) in cross-functional and cross-border settings
Proactive, adaptable, and eager to grow within a newly forming presales team.
*Nice to have
Experience working with US or other English-speaking clients (e.g. Australia, Singapore)
Have knowledge or wide network in ITO or IT industry.
Relevant certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, ISO, etc.
