Responsibilities:
Manages assigned projects, ensuring adherence to schedule and scope.
Develops and maintains project proposals, defining objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, timelines, risks, and staffing requirements. Revises proposals as needed.
Sets and tracks project milestones, proactively managing unforeseen delays and realigning schedules and expectations as necessary.
Develops and implements project communication plans, providing regular status updates to staff and stakeholders.
Ensures quality control throughout the project lifecycle, coordinating team efforts and driving progress toward established milestones.

Requirements:
4+ years of experience in a project manager or team leadership role on software development projects.
Strong technical background in software development (preferably with experience in C#/ASP.NET/.NET Core…).
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles, design patterns, and architectural best practices.
Experience with Azure (preferred) or AWS and cloud-native development is a plus.
Experience working with global clients (US,…)
Proven ability to motivate and lead cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones on time.
Strong supervisory and leadership skills, including experience in performance management and mentoring.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills in English.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
Strong time management skills and a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
