- Provide administrative & clerical support. Maintain stock of company files & documents
- Arrange meetings, business trips and appointment schedule to senior management
- Prepare reports, memos, letters and other documents
- Translate in verbal and in writing as requested by management
- Responsible for ordering all equipment required for the department
- Oversee service and maintenance contracts
- Coordinate equipment repair and replacement
- Meet the attendance guidelines of the department and adhere to departmental and company policies
- Other duties as instructed and assigned by Management.

• Graduated Bachelor
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experiences
• Good working knowledge of MS Office.
• Good English communication skills in written and oral forms.
• Professional appearance.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
