- Support Chefs when they need it.
- Follow the assigned work schedule and report to be at work on time.
- Follow the process of arranging and dividing work established by the Kitchen Management Board.
- Maintain good quality and presentation of food by following standard recipes.
- Follow safety and energy-saving procedures.- Report any dangerous signs/incidents to supervisor or manager.
- Maintain food safety and hygiene.
- All food in the work area needs to go through food handling, including dates, proper storage methods, rotations, etc.
- Maintain basic food safety and hygiene according to company regulations.
- Comply with and complete standards and checklists accurately when required
- Support employees to complete assigned tasks.
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
- Provide professional, attentive and friendly service. When guests come to experience at the hotel, guests will feel that they are cared for and remembered forever because of this service style.
