Transportation Shift Manager - Quản Lý Ca Vận Chuyển

The Transport Shift Manager for Corona Resort, Phu Quoc property is responsible for overseeing the professional day-to-day operation for the Transportation. Creates a transportation experience for the guest & employees that is flawless and refined in nature. All responsibilities are to be performed in accordance with departmental and company policies, practices and procedures, as well as within the framework and intent of the Vision of Corona Resort, Phu Quoc property.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventive maintenance and repair duties on all transportation mechanical systems, equipment and tools.
• Identify and plan the most appropriate routes and means of transportation taking into account the nature of goods, costs, transit time and security.
• Coordinating flight schedules with ground transportation, scheduling regular road transportation
• Operates life safety systems, maintenance and repair in public areas and transport bus.
• Logs and dates all preventive repair and routine replacement.
• Ensures all public pathways and resident activity areas are safe and regularly maintained.
• Troubleshoots and repairs HVAC.
• Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
• Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to departmental and company policies.
• Oversee facility and equipment in the responsible areas to make sure they are in complete working order.
• Ensures all function areas are kept clean and in proper condition to provide a safe working environment for employees.
• Ensures all activities performed within the department are in accordance with the company’s business objectives, and established safety and security standards.
• May be required to perform other duties required by management.
