- Is responsible to manage the operations of the Spa and actively taking part in their promotion and execution.
- To achieve a high level of guest’s satisfaction by maintaining consistency and efficiency in service and politeness among the members of the staff and ensure guest’s satisfaction in accordance with the hotel’s philosophy.
- To create a warm and friendly atmosphere for the guests
- To always show and act with a very professional attitude towards guests and staff in order to make sure guests enjoy the treatment and to protect privacy of guests all the time
- To interact with customers, being friendly and courteous will help keep customers coming back.
- To keep clean & tidy all working areas
- To keep accurate control of the consumption and usage of materials, supplies and energy
- To ensure proper handling and treatment of machines, equipment and utensils.
- To control the section’s expenses to minimize the costs and maximize the revenues
- To give ideas to increase profitability and revenues
- To plan and conduct professional training program to staffs.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Experience: minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience in a senior Spa/ Massage leadership position, with emphasis on Service or Hospitality industry.
• Good in English speaking.
