* HRBP TeamLead
1. Strategic planning: Be responsible for developing and implementing human resource strategies that support the organization's goals and objectives.
2. Employee relations: Manages employee relations by resolving conflicts, conducting investigations, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
3. Organizational design: Analyzes and recommends changes to the organization's structure to optimize productivity and efficiency.
4. Compensation and benefits: An HRBP is responsible for designing and administering compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent.
5. Diversity and inclusion: Creates and implements initiatives to promote diversity and inclusion within the organization.
6. HR analytics: Analyzes HR data to identify trends and insights that inform HR strategies and decision-making
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- Must have good Chinese and English is a plus.
- At least 2-3 years of working experience as HR/Recruitment/ /C&B/ER at manufacturing environment at MNC company
- Have experience in Electronics industry is a plus.
