What You Will Do as an UI/UX DesignerResearch user behaviors and needs (students, teachers, parents) to generate insights and design solutions that meet their requirements.Design wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and product interfaces (web/app) with a UX-first approach that is intuitive and supports effective learning.Collaborate closely with Product, Development, and Marketing teams to ensure a consistent experience across the FLYER ecosystem.Contribute to the creation and maintenance of a Design System and consistent UI/UX guidelines.Propose improvements for learning experiences, onboarding, gamification, and visual concepts for new products.

(1) Experience & Competencies2-3 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or Product Designer (preferably in EdTech, SaaS, or Mobile apps).Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, and Photoshop.Strong system thinking and ability to understand product workflows.Excellent communication skills, able to listen actively and present ideas visually.English proficiency is a plus.(2) Mindset & PersonalityProblem-Solving & Learning Mindset: Excellent analytical thinking, proactive in exploring and learning new technologies, and eager to turn challenges into opportunities for improvement.Perseverance & Resilience: Demonstrates a “see it through” attitude and remains persistent when facing obstacles.Communication & Team Spirit: Strong communication skills; open-minded, respectful, and collaborative in supporting teammates and achieving shared goals.
