Focus on achieving annual outlets revenue goals as agreed upon and established in the annual budget.
Making the outlets business strategies and set goals for Sales Team to determine action plans to meet those goals at weekly/monthly/quarterly.
Come up with new programs, packages to achieve target
Organize parties for key accounts to build loyalty with current clients, educate bookers and drive new accounts
Corporate with Operation, Event & Marketing department team to host all VIP event related.
Develops and reviews Action Plans of sales team which are linked to the Company’s Annual Business Plan.
Plan and implement effective training programs for sales team members in coordination with the Human resource training schedule if any.
Complete Sales team performance appraisal
