Job description:
− To be responsible for updating & Controlling the hiring information on social network, Recruitment
Website, Group & Fanpage on Facebook,...;
− Use internal or external systems to advertise job vancancies as appropriate;
− Ensure compliance with employment and data protection related legal requirements;
− To be responsible for searching & supplementing employees for Department in according to assigned
vacancies;
− Interviewing and screening applicants to determine whether they are qualified for a position;
− Combining with HODs to make shorlist candidates and arrange the interview schedule between
candidates & HODs.
− Ensure to conduct recruitment activites accurately following company’s hiring SOP as well as
welcoming new employees;
− Reviewing, checking & Controlling new employee’s input personnel file docutment;
− Updating candidates’s database & status of recruitment as assigned vacancies;
− Making the weekly/monthly recruitment report & send it to directly manager;
− To be responsible for tracking new employee’s input record, ensuring them to complete all
procedures on time;
− Other tasks assigned as Directly Manager.
Requirements:
− Bachelor’s degree or higher;
− Prefer candidates who had experiences in recruitment;
− Passiontate about Human Resources industry, especially about recruitment;
− Proficient in English;
− Ability to work under high pressure.
