• Responsible for supervising and coordinating activities of the restaurant;
• Understand all food and beverage items offered, including ingredients, methods of preparation and proper service;
• Control reservations and seating of the outlet with regards to service standards;
• Ensure the correct and consistent service techniques for various meal periods will be demonstrated by all employees;
• Coordinate between the server and kitchen for smooth coordinating service;
• Promote good public relations and handle complaints or concerns of guests;
• Respond properly in any restaurant emergency or safety situation;
• Supervise the public areas;
• Any offer tasks will be assigned by Line Manager;

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position

• Be paid 150% excluding daily salary for working overtime;
• Be paid 200% for working during Public Holidays;
• Be paid 300% for working during Tet Holidays;
• Be entitled to a 13th month salary;
