• Report to work punctually and as scheduled.
• Always wear correct uniform with high standard of personal grooming.
• Prepare all condiments needed.
• Look after all the guest needs in the restaurant for food and beverage service items.
• Assisting manager & other service staff and when required.
• Report to F&B Supervisors of any problem or hazardous situation.
• Maintain good communication between all the cooks, stewards, waiting & bar staff
• Assist daily requisition of store items and linen.
• Handover with next waiter/waitress on any information in responsible section.
• Must adhere to the resort employee handbook.
• Cleanliness of the working area with proper hygiene and sanitation and protection to ensure work safety and health.
• Ensure all rubbish is kept separated.
• Assume other duties as assigned by Food and Beverage Supervisor/Captain

· Exellent oral and written communication skills in English and Vietnamese
· Highly self-motivated
· Team player.
