● Lead and mentor a team of manual and automation ICs● Own the QA process for our global website, ensuring high standards of quality across all localized versions● Define and continuously improve test strategies, plans, and processes for web testing (functional, regression, cross-browser, responsive, etc.)● Coordinate and track testing efforts across multiple releases and projects● Ensure test coverage for a wide range of web features including content accuracy, navigation, performance, SEO standards, and localization● Collaborate with developers, designers, content managers, and project stakeholders to proactively address quality concerns● Review and enhance automation coverage; support the automation engineer in maintaining robust automated test suites● Manage defect tracking and drive resolution with development teams● Prepare and deliver QA status reports, metrics, and risk assessments

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
● 3+ years of experience in a QA leadership or team lead role● 5+ years of experience in software/web QA, including hands-on testing● Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), CMS platforms, and responsive design principles● Experience managing both manual and automation testing● Familiarity with test case management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr).Knowledge of browser developer tools and ability to debug web issues● Experience with website localization testing, including multi-language and region-specific content● Understanding of accessibility, SEO, and performance testing is a plus● Strong organizational and communication skills● Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment Nice to have:● Experience with automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)● Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholder Given the high volume of CVs applied, we can only manage to respond to candidates whose profiles aligns with the position within 5 working days.
