Đọc hiểu tài liệu yêu cầu của hệ thống, tài liệu thiết kế;Xây dựng kịch bản kiểm thử và chuẩn bị dữ liệu kiểm thử;Kiểm thử các dự án phần mềm, phối hợp với các bộ phận khác của đội dự án để đảm bảo chất lượng ứng dụng;Quản lý, phân tích và theo dõi kết quả kiểm thử;Báo cáo kết quả kiểm thử;Thực hiện các công việc khác theo sự phân công của Quản lý trực tiếp.

Quản lý đội ngũ phát triển Java, bao gồm cả việc hỗ trợ tuyển dụng và đào tạo các thành viên mới;Phân tích sản phẩm cổng thanh toán, ví điện tử. Tham gia vào quá trình phát triển sản phẩm cùng với đối tác và phối hợp cùng với BA nghiên cứu các quy trình nghiệp vụ/vận hành của sản phẩm; Làm việc chặt chẽ với nhà thầu để theo dõi tiến độ phát triển sản phẩm, đảm bảo các yêu cầu kỹ thuật và chất lượng được tuân thủ;Tham gia vào quá trình tiếp nhận, kiểm thử sản phẩm. Vận hành và phát triển sản phẩm sau khi tiếp nhận;Tham gia vào các dự án phát triển bằng ngôn ngữ Java và các công nghệ khác;Viết các tài liệu dự án theo yêu cầu.

Tham gia vào toàn bộ vòng đời phát triển sản phẩm, từ lên ý tưởng, thiết kế, đến triển khai và tối ưu hóa các ứng dụng web hiện đại.Sử dụng thành thạo Node.js/Bun.js, Next.js, MongoDB để xây dựng các ứng dụng mạnh mẽ, đáp ứng nhu cầu người dùng.Làm việc chặt chẽ với các thành viên trong nhóm (Product Owner, UI/UX Designer, QA...) theo quy trình Agile/Scrum, đảm bảo dự án được hoàn thành đúng tiến độ và chất lượng.Đề xuất và triển khai các giải pháp sáng tạo, cải tiến liên tục hiệu suất và trải nghiệm người dùng.Nghiên cứu và áp dụng các công nghệ tiên tiến, đặc biệt trong lĩnh vực Blockchain và AI, để nâng cao chất lượng sản phẩm.
