Mô tả công việc:

• Xây dựng và triển khai kế hoạch tuyển dụng theo nhu cầu nhân sự; trực tiếp tuyển dụng các vị trí trọng điểm và đảm bảo hoàn thành KPI tuyển dụng.
• Phối hợp với Hiring Manager để thống nhất JD, tiêu chí tuyển dụng, kế hoạch và tiến độ tuyển dụng.
• Quản lý, đào tạo, đánh giá hiệu quả đội ngũ tuyển dụng; xây dựng văn hóa làm việc hướng tới kết quả.
• Phát triển và mở rộng nguồn ứng viên (Talent Pool) thông qua các kênh như LinkedIn, Facebook, Referral, Headhunt, Networking và các nền tảng tuyển dụng.
• Xây dựng và triển khai các hoạt động Employer Branding; phối hợp với Marketing phát triển nội dung tuyển dụng trên các kênh truyền thông.
• Chuẩn hóa, cải tiến quy trình tuyển dụng từ đăng tuyển đến onboarding; theo dõi, phân tích các chỉ số tuyển dụng và đề xuất giải pháp nâng cao hiệu quả, tối ưu chi phí.
• Quản lý và phát triển hệ thống kênh tuyển dụng, đối tác; ứng dụng AI và công nghệ vào hoạt động Talent Acquisition.
• Báo cáo kết quả tuyển dụng, phối hợp với các phòng ban để đảm bảo quá trình onboard hiệu quả và thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo phân công của Ban Lãnh đạo.

1. Chuyên viên/Nhân viên Dịch vụ nhân sự.

- Thực hiện thủ tục ký hợp đồng thử việc cho nhân sự mới, hợp đồng dịch vụ cho Cộng tác viên, hợp đồng lao động

- Thực hiện thủ tục điều chuyển/ bổ nhiệm/miễn nhiễm/ điều chỉnh lương/ điều chuyển 3 bên/ chấm dứt Hợp đồng lao động

- Quản lý hệ thống dữ liệu nhân sự trên phần mềm nhân sự và lưu trữ hồ sơ bản cứng.

- Kiểm tra dữ liệu công từ các bộ phận.

- Triển khai các thủ tục đánh giá định kỳ.

- Các công tác liên quan đến chế độ phúc lợi: Tổ chức khám sức khỏe định kỳ hàng năm; Thanh toán chế độ ưu đãi nội bộ Vinmec, Vinpearl, Vinschool, Vinfast...

- Phối hợp triển khai Đào tạo Hội nhập cho CBNV mới.

- Các báo cáo và thực hiện các công việc khác theo phân công của CBLĐ.

2. Chuyên viên Chính sách & Tiền lương (Mảng Payroll/BHXH/Chính sách Nhân sự/....) - Làm việc tại Technopark

- Kiểm tra, tổng hợp dữ liệu công, dữ liệu lương hàng tháng của CBNV.

- Lập bảng lương, thưởng và các khoản phụ cấp theo quy định Công ty.

- Thực hiện hạch toán chi phí lương theo đúng quy định.

- Thực hiện kê khai, quyết toán Thuế thu nhập cá nhân (TNCN) cho CBNV.

- Thực hiện các nghiệp vụ liên quan đến BHXH, BHYT, BHTN: tăng/giảm, chốt sổ, giải quyết chế độ.

- Theo dõi, đối chiếu và xử lý các vấn đề phát sinh liên quan đến thuế và bảo hiểm.

- Lập và theo dõi ngân sách nhân sự theo định biên được phê duyệt.

- Thực hiện các báo cáo nhân sự, báo cáo lương định kỳ/đột xuất.

*UV sẽ được sắp xếp vào bộ phận phù hợp với kinh nghiệm chuyên môn.

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Inbound Tour Operator to join our growing operations team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in inbound tour operations.

• Strong knowledge of Vietnam destinations and tourism services.

• Good understanding of Southeast Asia destinations including Cambodia, Laos, Thailand, and Bali is an advantage.

• Excellent written and spoken English.

• Experience working with international travelers and overseas travel agents.

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple bookings simultaneously.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and online reservation systems.

• Responsible, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily tour operations for Vietnam and Southeast Asia travel programs.

• Coordinate and confirm bookings with hotels, cruises, transportation providers, guides, airlines, and local suppliers.

• Prepare operation files, service vouchers, rooming lists, and travel documents.

• Monitor all services before and during client travel to ensure smooth operation.

• Communicate with suppliers and partners regarding reservations, amendments, and special requests.

• Support the Sales Team in itinerary planning and product updates.

• Resolve operational issues promptly and professionally.

• Maintain accurate booking records and supplier databases.

• Conduct quality control and service follow-up after tours.

• Assist in developing new products and improving operational procedures.

• Participate in destination inspections and supplier visits when required.
