Your technical expertise, innovative approach, and strong communication skills will be instrumental in identifying and addressing challenges across different sectors, enabling consistent improvements and breakthroughs in our product offerings and ultimately driving the success of our clients.WHAT YOU WILL DO- Collaborate with stakeholders, engineering, and design/content teams to create, improve, and manage eCommerce storefront products and features- Utilize frontend technology expertise (HTML, JS, CSS) to contribute to product development and ensure seamless user experiences- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of UI/UX best practices and design toolsets- Leverage experience with Digital Ads, Content Marketing campaigns, and data tracking to optimize storefront performance and user engagement- Work closely with BI/Analytics teams to analyze data and make data-driven decisions to improve the product- Foster an Agile mindset and collaborate effectively with Agile/Scrum teams throughout the product development lifecycle, including attending Agile meetings (stand-up, planning, reviews, etc.)- Monitor user feedback and work with users to identify areas for improvement and new product opportunities- Manage and plan stakeholder engagement and communication to ensure alignment and achievement of product goals- Develop requirement specifications, perform business analysis, and collaborate with the QC team to deliver high-quality products
