Objectives of this position:The objectives of the position is to provide support to the division by establishing strong partnerships with vendors in the country to orient efforts towards business growth. This entails strenghtening partnerships with existing vendors and sourcing new manufacturers in alignement with divisional sourcing strategy.What will you do?The holder of the position is mainly responsible for the following areas in coordination with his / her superior:• Identify, onboard and develop new manufacturing partners based on aligned strategic sourcing roadmap • Enhance vendor relationships and further strengthen partnerships within existing supplier network • Collaborate cross-functionally with various internal stakeholders and suppliers to understand business needs and priorities and develop optimal solutions to support• Support relevant commercial HQ teams in Asia through identification of relevant products and innovation from local manufacturing partners• Demonstrate product knowledge, strong understanding of pricing down to a component/material level and market knowledge/industry know-how. Collect relevant data to formulate sourcing proposals.• Support category trips, including pre-trip itinerary set up and finalization, to ensure the trip objectives are fully achieved.• Ensures supplier quotations and samples are completed on a timely basis for appropriate decision making and to meet objectives• Supports the Asian HQ teams with daily operations as needed. • Maintains and updates performance data for suppliers on a regular basis. * KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:• Project Governance: Undertake the Project rollouts from VAS Central Office and ensure that the implementation is in alignment with IT Project Governance.• Service Availability: Manage IT Infrastructure & Architecture systems effectively to ensure the availability of services.• Service Level Agreements (SLAs): Maintain Infrastructure & Architecture to meet the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA).• Security Implementation: Implement security controls and best practices to protect IT systems and data.• General Duties: Perform other IT-related tasks as assigned by IT management to support the overall goals of the ICT Division.* WORK DETAILS■ Microsoft 365 Administration:• Assist in designing and implementing a strong user management plan that includes setting up, managing, and supporting user accounts, groups, and permissions in Microsoft 365; while ensuring compliance with the company’s security rules and requirements.• Improve key Microsoft 365 services such as Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive to ensure they are always available, perform well, and work smoothly with other systems.• Develop and enforce security measures for all M365 services, including setting up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), data loss prevention (DLP), and advanced threat protection (ATP).• Ensure data storage and privacy comply with legal and regulatory requirements, using Microsoft 365 features to protect student and staff information.• Responsible for integrating Microsoft 365 services with existing systems and third-party applications to improve workflow and user experience.• Automate daily administrative jobs using PowerShell scripts and tools like Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps to work more efficiently.• Use the Microsoft 365 admin centre and other monitoring tools to regularly check the health of services, fix issues early, and provide recommendations based on detailed usage and performance reports.■ Project Implementation:- Lead the implementation of assigned IT projects, ensuring compliance with IT Project Governance.- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget.■ System Management:- Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure high availability and performance.■ IT Service Management:- Maintain Infrastructure & Architecture to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).- Regularly review and update policies and procedures to ensure compliance with SLAs.- Provide advanced technical support for Microsoft 365-related issues.- Troubleshoot and resolve system outages, performance issues, and other technical problems.■ Risk Management:- Identify and mitigate risks associated with IT Infrastructure & Architecture.- Implement security controls and best practices to protect IT systems and data.■ Continuous Improvement:- Stay up to date with the latest Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 features and best practices.- Recommend and implement improvements to optimize IT Infrastructure & Architecture.■ Documentation and Reporting:- Regularly update the configuration and operation procedures documentation of IT systems.- Prepare regular reports on system performance, project status, and risk management activities.■ Collaboration and Communication:- Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless integration of systems & complete the projects on duty. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide updates on projects and system status.Internal contacts• All users at each campus and the Head Office.External contacts• External IT vendors and consultants• Providers of Microsoft 365, Internet services, security auditing, and integration solutions from third parties.* AUTHORITIES- Requesting users to follow regulations and instructions to ensure the effective and safe operation of the equipment. - Proposing the procurement of facilities and equipment for yourself & other relevant departments.- Propose IT solutions that provide value to the department and the company.
