1. Quản lý và triển khai dự án Thực hiện vai trò Quản lý dự án hoặc Scrum Master trong các dự án Waterfall/Agile theo phân công. Xây dựng và quản lý kế hoạch triển khai, phân công công việc, theo dõi tiến độ, chất lượng và ngân sách dự án. Phát hiện, đánh giá và xử lý rủi ro, chủ động đề xuất giải pháp đảm bảo dự án đạt mục tiêu tiến độ và hiệu quả. 2. Tổ chức và giám sát hoạt động dự án Lập kế hoạch và quản lý nguồn lực, giám sát năng suất làm việc, phối hợp giữa các nhóm nghiệp vụ và kỹ thuật. Tổng hợp báo cáo, xây dựng tài liệu và hồ sơ quản lý dự án, phục vụ công tác giám sát, đánh giá định kỳ. Tổ chức họp dự án, điều phối nhóm làm việc, đảm bảo thông tin liên lạc thông suốt và thống nhất giữa các bên liên quan. 3. Nghiên cứu và cải tiến quy trình Đề xuất, cập nhật và cải tiến quy trình quản lý dự án, ứng dụng phương pháp Agile và công cụ số hóa quản lý (Jira, Confluence…). Nghiên cứu, học hỏi các mô hình quản lý hiện đại, đảm bảo hiệu quả triển khai phù hợp với định hướng chuyển đổi số của BIDV. Tham gia đào tạo nội bộ, chia sẻ kinh nghiệm quản lý dự án, hỗ trợ nâng cao năng lực đội ngũ triển khai.
