Role Overview:The Atlassian ITSM Development Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing IT Service Management solutions within the Atlassian ecosystem. You will collaborate with ITSM, DevOps, and Development teams to streamline processes, enhance user experiences, and support continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop Atlassian ITSM solutions, including JIRA Service Management, Confluence, Opsgenie, and related tools.
Customize workflows, automation, and configurations within the Atlassian suite to meet organizational requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and implement solutions that support ITSM best practices.
Monitor and maintain the stability, performance, and scalability of Atlassian systems.
Develop custom scripts and integrations to enhance functionality and improve productivity.
Perform regular system maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting as needed.
