Phát triển ứng dụng di động trên iOS/Android bằng nền tảng (Cross-platform) như Flutter, React Native. Thiết kế, xây dựng và tối ưu hóa giao diện UI/UX đảm bảo trải nghiệm mượt mà cho người dùng. Tích hợp API, cơ sở dữ liệu và các dịch vụ backend để đồng bộ dữ liệu ứng dụng. Kiểm thử, sửa lỗi và cải thiện hiệu suất ứng dụng nhằm đảm bảo độ ổn định và bảo mật. Cập nhật và nâng cấp ứng dụng theo yêu cầu kinh doanh và phản hồi của người dùng. Phối hợp với các nhóm liên quan như Backend, UI/UX, QA để đảm bảo chất lượng sản phẩm. Triển khai ứng dụng lên App Store / Google Play và theo dõi phản hồi, cập nhật bản vá lỗi khi cần. Và các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của Trưởng Bộ phận và Ban Giám đốc

Core Responsibilities 1. High Availability & Service Reliability - Ensure the 7×24 stability of global proxy nodes (VLESS / Trojan / VMess, etc.) and continuously optimize system performance to maintain high availability. 2. Automated Operations & Infrastructure- Management Design and implement automated deployment, configuration management, and lifecycle management for nodes, control panels, certificates, and databases to improve operational efficiency and consistency. 3. Network Architecture & Optimization - Plan, deploy, and continuously optimize global routing for nodes (BGP / CN2 GIA / Tunnel), ensuring minimal latency and packet loss for end users. 4. Security Defense & Incident Response - Build and maintain a strong security defense system, including DDoS/CC protection, server hardening, and rapid response to emergency incidents. 5. Monitoring & Performance Tuning - Build and maintain comprehensive monitoring (Prometheus / Grafana) and logging systems (ELK / Loki). - Perform kernel-level and application-level optimization to improve overall system performance.

- Chịu trách nhiệm về các công việc liên quan đến khuôn sử dụng trong sản xuất dây, cáp điện…;

- Lập kế hoạch thiết kế, chế tạo, cải tiến các loại khuôn phục vụ sản xuất dây điện, cáp điện, đầu cos, connector, jack điện tử.....;

- Phối hợp với bộ phận R& nghiên cứu và phát triển, bộ phận sản xuất để nắm yêu cầu kỹ thuật, vật liệu, dung sai, năng suất;

- Kiểm tra bản vẽ khuôn, phương án gia công, phương án cải tiến trình cấp trên phê duyệt;

- Bảo trì định kỳ khuôn đùn, khuôn bấm cos, khuôn ép nhựa… đảm bảo thiết bị luôn trong tình trạng tốt;

- Thực hiện công việc sửa chữa khuôn, xử lý sự cố phát sinh trong quá trình sản xuất, báo cáo cấp trên về kết quả xử lý;

- Nghiên cứu cải tiến khuôn nhằm giảm thời gian setup, tăng năng suất, giảm phế phẩm;

- Ghi chép theo dõi quá trình sử dụng khuôn ở các máy móc gia công như CNC, EDM, Wirecut, mài, tiện, phay…

- Quản lý hồ sơ thiết kế khuôn, lịch sử bảo trì, thay thế linh kiện khuôn;

- Tính toán chi phí vật tư sửa chữa - chế tạo khuôn và đề xuất ngân sách;

- Báo cáo định kỳ với cấp trên về tình trạng khuôn, kế hoạch sản xuất và nhu cầu phát triển khuôn mới.

Contributing to the implementation of our software product to meet customer needs in the area of automated warehouse and distribution solutions;Analysing user requirements and coordinate with project stakeholders to provide comprehensive spec in early phase of project;Design and execute manual test cases during iterations;Implement and execute Software Integration Test, System Test to ensure quality; (subsystems/robotics interaction and operator user interfaces)Documentation of the solution and creation of user manuals;Go onsite integration (EU, Dubai, KSA, etc.) of our software with other subsystems/robotics and the customer‘s systems at the customer side;Close collaboration with our customers, our software teams in Germany, Switzerland and other countries during the projects;Take ownership on quality gate to ensure project will be transit to Customer Service/Operation phase smoothly;Coordinate with local team and international teams to handle customer support activities;Incident and problem management;Go onsite (EU, Dubai, KSA, etc.) to train and support the customer in terms of warehouse operation.

Phối hợp tốt với developer để fix bug. Thực hiện SIT, Pilot, UAT với đối tác Bank/TGTT khác. Xây dựng tài liệu hướng dẫn sử dụng (khi yêu cầu). Chuẩn bị Slide đào tạo mạng lưới Đào tạo nghiệp vụ, sử dụng dịch vụ cho các đơn vị liên quan. Sử dụng Postman hoặc SOAPUI để test API. Sử dụng tốt Oracle hoặc SQL server trong quá trình test.
