1. Nhiệm vụ chung: Quản trị & vận hành hệ thống ứng dụng Core Banking và các phân hệ liên quan: thực hiện cấu hình, triển khai, cập nhật tham số, giám sát và đảm bảo hoạt động ổn định, an toàn, liên tục. Xử lý & phòng ngừa sự cố kỹ thuật: tham gia phân tích, điều tra, khắc phục sự cố mức phức tạp cao; xây dựng kịch bản giám sát, cảnh báo rủi ro và tối ưu hiệu năng hệ thống. Phát triển & tối ưu quy trình vận hành: xây dựng, cập nhật văn bản chế độ, quy trình quản trị ứng dụng; tham gia nghiên cứu, ứng dụng công nghệ mới để nâng cao chất lượng quản trị CNTT. 2. Nhiệm vụ riêng theo các Nhóm: 2.1. Nhóm Quản trị hệ thống ứng dụng Core Banking: 4 chỉ tiêu. Quản trị môi trường & cấu phần hệ thống: Quản lý các môi trường UAT, Prod Mirror, Production; đảm bảo hoạt động an toàn, ổn định; thực hiện refresh môi trường, hoán đổi HA, diễn tập DR, triển khai bản vá lỗi, cập nhật dữ liệu/tham số trên Production. Giám sát & tối ưu hiệu năng: Phân tích, giám sát, phối hợp với nhà thầu FIS để tối ưu xử lý; nghiên cứu phát triển công cụ lưu log, giám sát, phân tích hiệu năng; tham gia kiểm thử kỹ thuật trong quá trình phát triển. Bảo mật & tuân thủ: Quản lý các cấu phần bảo mật, phối hợp với TTCNTT duy trì cơ chế bảo mật; nghiên cứu, triển khai giải pháp tăng cường bảo mật; xây dựng, cập nhật quy trình, báo cáo tình hình vận hành, đề xuất giải pháp xử lý sự cố. 2.2. Nhóm Quản trị tham số và dữ liệu Core Banking: 2 chỉ tiêu. Quản trị tham số: Khai báo, cập nhật, kiểm thử và quản lý tham số Core Profile trên các môi trường (trừ Production – chỉ thực hiện theo phê duyệt BGĐ). Bao gồm tham số phân quyền, giao dịch, hạn mức, CUVAR, Override, Restriction… Quản trị dữ liệu & ứng dụng hỗ trợ: Vận hành hệ thống CPMS, TPTeller, các ứng dụng hỗ trợ (báo cáo đối soát, website Core…), bảo đảm tính toàn vẹn dữ liệu, kiểm soát chất lượng dữ liệu; quản lý SIT/UAT/Prod Mirror. Thực hiện chỉnh sửa dữ liệu, cung cấp dữ liệu/báo cáo đột xuất theo yêu cầu nghiệp vụ. Hỗ trợ & phối hợp: Hỗ trợ kỹ thuật cho Chi nhánh/TSC; tham gia kiểm thử tham số, xác nhận URD/RSD khi được yêu cầu; tham gia phân tích thiết kế, đề xuất cải tiến chương trình, phát triển tiện ích báo cáo (PreStaging, đối soát), tham gia cung cấp dữ liệu/báo cáo cho NHNN và các cơ quan quản lý khi có yêu cầu. * Tùy theo năng lực chuyên môn của ứng viên, BIDV sẽ sắp xếp vào nghiệp vụ Nhóm Quản trị hệ thống ứng dụng Core Banking hoặc Nhóm Quản trị tham số và dữ liệu Core Banking.

Working with IT support team to configure and deploy computer systems including servers, PCs, laptops, printers, and data collection and measurement devices. Support the design and development of all components of MES Lead training (include internal and external) to ensure successful implementation of MES systems Able to lead a development team within a defined project scope. Capable of breaking down tasks, assessing the resources required for project execution, and communicating/reporting directly to the Department Head regarding resource allocation. Support future process improvements and product development Develop cost and resource requirements for MES Provide basic enterprise IT implementation and support

Tiếp nhận yêu cầu, thu thập thông tin, phân tích và làm rõ các yêu cầu của sản phẩm. Phân tích và đưa ra mô hình, giải pháp dựa trên yêu cầu đã thu thập được. Viết các tài liệu đặc tả yêu cầu nghiệp vụ phần mềm, tài liệu đặc tả trường hợp sử dụng (usecase); thiết kế giao diện mẫu (prototype). Tư vấn trên góc độ nghiệp vụ dựa vào các phân tích và nghiên cứu của mình. Phối hợp với bộ phận DEV trong quá trình phát triển , để đảm bảo các thành viên dự án hiểu rõ và hiểu đúng yêu cầu cần đáp ứng. Tài liệu hóa hướng dẫn hệ thống, tổ chức hướng dẫn, hỗ trợ cho người dùng sử dụng sản phẩm và xử lý sự cố khi vấn đề xảy ra. Thực hiện một số công việc khác khi có yêu cầu của cấp trên.

Tham gia các dự án phát triển phần mềm trong đơn vị. Phối hợp với nhóm phát triển sản phẩm, tìm hiểu và làm rõ các yêu cầu của khách hàng.Đọc hiểu các tài liệu liên quan đến dự án phát triển phần mềm.Xây dựng test plan/testcasse/test procedures/ test data cho các dự án.Thiết lập môi trường kiểm thử, sử dụng các công cụ kiểm thử phần mềm, test và quản lý lỗi đảm bảo hiệu quả cho dự án. Kiểm soát chất lượng đảm bảo hệ thống/sản phẩm được tạo đúng như thiết kế.Tham gia xây dựng các tài liệu dự án như user guide, video tutorial.

Quản lý và phát triển Kiến trúc tổng thể CNTT (Enterprise Architecture): Tham mưu, xây dựng và quản trị Kiến trúc tổng thể CNTT (EA) của toàn BIDV, bao gồm các cấu phần: ứng dụng, dữ liệu, hạ tầng, bảo mật, cloud. Xây dựng, ban hành và cập nhật chính sách, tiêu chuẩn, nguyên tắc kiến trúc, đảm bảo gắn kết giữa chiến lược kinh doanh và năng lực công nghệ của BIDV. Nghiên cứu, đánh giá xu hướng công nghệ và mô hình kiến trúc tiên tiến, đề xuất ứng dụng phù hợp với chiến lược chuyển đổi số và định hướng phát triển ngân hàng số. 2. Tư vấn, thẩm định và giám sát thực thi Kiến trúc tổng thể CNTT: Thẩm định và giám sát tuân thủ Kiến trúc tổng thể CNTT đối với các dự án và chương trình CNTT trọng điểm của BIDV. Hướng dẫn, tư vấn và thẩm định thiết kế kiến trúc phần mềm, ứng dụng và giải pháp CNTT, đảm bảo phù hợp với khung tham chiếu và định hướng kiến trúc tổng thể. Đề xuất, xây dựng và hoàn thiện quy chế, quy định, quy trình về quản lý và vận hành Kiến trúc tổng thể CNTT trong toàn hệ thống 3. Tham mưu, đào tạo và báo cáo chuyên môn: Tham mưu, xây dựng các báo cáo chuyên đề và tài liệu nghiên cứu – phân tích – đánh giá phục vụ Hội đồng quản trị, Ban Điều hành, Phó TGĐ phụ trách khối và các Ủy ban chuyên môn. Biên soạn, giảng dạy và đào tạo nội bộ về Kiến trúc tổng thể CNTT, góp phần phát triển năng lực kiến trúc và công nghệ trong toàn hệ thống BIDV. Tham gia, hỗ trợ công tác truyền thông, đào tạo và triển khai thực thi Kiến trúc CNTT, đồng thời làm đầu mối trong các tổ công tác, dự án theo phân công của Ban Giám đốc.

Vận hành hệ thống và công cụ giám sát- Giám sát hoạt động máy chủ, ứng dụng và dịch vụ CNTT bằng các công cụ chuyên biệt của ngân hàng.- Triển khai, cải tiến công cụ giám sát và phân tích báo cáo vận hành định kỳ.- Ghi nhận đầy đủ nhật ký ca trực, các sự kiện, sự cố trong quá trình vận hành.3. Hỗ trợ và phối hợp vận hành- Hỗ trợ tra cứu, phản hồi giao dịch từ các kênh: Internet Banking, Open API, và các hệ thống liên quan.- Phối hợp triển khai các yêu cầu thay đổi/đề xuất từ khách hàng hoặc bộ phận nghiệp vụ.- Đảm bảo tuân thủ các chính sách, quy trình và tiêu chuẩn chất lượng dịch vụ (SLA).4. Phát triển và triển khai hệ thống- Triển khai ứng dụng, cập nhật bản vá lỗi vào môi trường vận hành.- Thiết lập môi trường kiểm thử và vận hành hệ thống CNTT.- Cải tiến quy trình vận hành và tài liệu hóa hệ thống.- Tham gia các dự án CNTT: tiếp nhận bàn giao, xây dựng và vận hành hệ thống sau triển khai.
