The main mission is to reach quality excellence by having no issues in production as a continuous target.The QA Engineer should know and understand the business details, being able to check whether the final result matches all the business expectations.The QA Engineer should create and execute manual and automated test scenarios, provide root cause analyses of defects based on metrics, and proactively raise improvements that will enhance the quality of the product.PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIESAs a member of an Agile team: The main responsibility for the quality of the product. Ensure that the product is delivered with the highest quality by leveraging QA activities along with the scrum phases. Some of the daily basis activities are:Design test processes and procedures used to ensure that software operates within defined requirements.Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.Implement test plans, automation, and validation strategies.Creating and executing test automation scripts (UI testing, API testing, etc).In-depth functional testing – Must be able to evaluate functional stability to ensure business requirements are being met and are “fit-for-purpose” through end-to-end functional and automation testing.Work closely with developers and product owners/business analysts to resolve issues.Communicate any obstacles to raise awareness and avoid project impediments and overall project timeline disruption.Collaborate with Product Owner, and Developers on tasks related to the planning, testing, and coordination of release activities.Participate in user story creation process through dissection of high-level requirements during team review sessions.

• Primarily responsible for outdoor sales activities.• Approach new customers to expand business.• Visit customers regularly (2-3 times per week) in areas such as Hanoi City, Bac Ninh, Bac Giang, Ha Nam, Hai Duong, Hai Phong, Vinh Phuc, etc.• Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to generate new business opportunities.• Communicate via email with customers, overseas agents, and subcontractors.• Prepare and issue quotations and contracts.• Work closely with internal departments (Customs Broker, NVOCC, Accounting, etc.).• Assist senior sales with outdoor sales activities.• Troubleshoot issues as needed.• Perform other tasks assigned by senior sales or sales manager.

Requirement Analysis & DocumentationElicit, analyze, and document business needs through interviews, workshops, and observations.Develop clear Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), user stories, and process flows.Identify gaps and propose solutions to ensure feasibility and alignment with organizational goals.Stakeholder EngagementCollaborate with CEO, Business Owner, IT Project Manager, domain experts, and field teams to capture and refine requirements.Act as the primary contact for clarifying requirements during the project lifecycle.Facilitate communication across technical and non-technical teams.Agile Project SupportContribute to backlog refinement and sprint planning by providing well-defined requirements and acceptance criteria.Support the Product Owner in prioritizing features based on value and impact.Participate actively in daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.Quality Assurance & ValidationSupport QA in designing test scenarios and validating outcomes against requirements.Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with stakeholders and ensure traceability between requirements and delivered features.Ensure documentation is updated to reflect changes and lessons learned.Process ImprovementAnalyze workflows and propose enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness.Provide feedback to improve digital product adoption and usability.
