Điều hành Hoạt động An toàn (Thiết bị & Vận tải):- Kiểm tra, Giám sát: • Thực hiện kiểm tra, giám sát định kỳ và đột xuất tại các cảng để đảm bảo việc tuân thủ các quy trình, quy định an toàn. • Sử dụng hệ thống camera giám sát (CCR) để theo dõi, phát hiện các hành vi không an toàn, các sự cố tiềm ẩn. (Chi tiết theo quy chuẩn bên trên và các quy định liên quan) • Phối hợp với cán bộ an toàn tại các cảng để xử lý các vấn đề phát sinh.- Điều tra Tai nạn, Sự cố: • Tham gia điều tra, phân tích nguyên nhân các tai nạn, sự cố liên quan đến thiết bị và vận tải. • Đề xuất các biện pháp khắc phục, phòng ngừa tái diễn.- Quản lý Nhà thầu: • Giám sát việc tuân thủ các quy định an toàn của các nhà thầu cung cấp dịch vụ liên quan đến thiết bị và vận tải.- Tư vấn: • Tư vấn cho Ban lãnh đạo và các bộ phận liên quan về các vấn đề an toàn thiết bị và vận tải.3. Giám sát, Đánh giá và Báo cáo:- Thu thập Dữ liệu: • Thiết lập hệ thống thu thập dữ liệu về tình hình an toàn thiết bị và vận tải (số vụ vi phạm, số sự cố, số giờ huấn luyện...).- Phân tích & Báo cáo: • Phân tích dữ liệu, đánh giá hiệu quả của hệ thống quản lý an toàn. • Lập báo cáo định kỳ (tuần/tháng/quý/năm) và báo cáo đột xuất về tình hình an toàn, các vấn đề nổi cộm, đề xuất giải pháp. • Theo dõi tiến độ thực hiện các biện pháp khắc phục, phòng ngừa.- Đề xuất Cải tiến: • Dựa trên kết quả giám sát, đánh giá, đề xuất các cải tiến về quy trình, thiết bị, đào tạo... để nâng cao hiệu quả an toàn.

Nghiên cứu mô hình mới - Xây dựng Phương án kinh doanh- Tiêu chuẩn vận hành- Ý tưởng thiết kế siêu thị Cải tiến PAKD và tiêu chí đánh giá mặt bằng mới - Nghiên cứu, phân tích dữ liệu kinh doanh của các cửa hàng hiện tại, đưa ra giải pháp cải tiến, hỗ trợ các cửa hàng chưa đạt kế hoạch doanh thu- Cải tiến PAKD, lượng hóa các chỉ tiêu đánh giá mặt bằng mới để đưa ra dự đoán doanh thu chính xác hơn Nghiên cứu xây dựng mô hình siêu thị tại các tỉnh, thành phố khác - Nghiên cứu thị trường, đối thủ, đối tượng khách hàng tại các tỉnh, thành phố tiềm năng- Xây dựng phương án kinh doanh, tiêu chuẩn vận hành, ý tưởng thiết kế cho mô hình siêu thị tại các tỉnh, thành phố khác ngoài Hà Nội
