1. • Chịu trách nhiệm chính trong việc tiếp nhận, kiểm tra, xử lý và hoàn thiện hồ sơ xin thị thực (visa) du học cho khách hàng của công ty, đảm bảo hồ sơ tuân thủ các yêu cầu của cơ quan lãnh sự và tối đa hóa tỷ lệ thành công.• Hỗ trợ khách hàng và bộ phận tư vấn trong suốt quá trình chuẩn bị và xin visa.2. Các công việc chính• Tiếp nhận hồ sơ, thông tin của học sinh/khách hàng từ bộ phận tư vấn.• Kiểm tra tính đầy đủ, chính xác và hợp lệ của các giấy tờ trong bộ hồ sơ xin visa theo yêu cầu của từng quốc gia).• Hướng dẫn chi tiết cho học sinh/phụ huynh về các giấy tờ cần chuẩn bị, quy trình và thủ tục xin visa.• Hỗ trợ điền các đơn xin thị thực một cách chính xác.• Thực hiện hoặc phối hợp thực hiện dịch thuật, công chứng các giấy tờ cần thiết.• Đặt lịch hẹn, nộp hồ sơ và các giấy tờ bổ sung (nếu có) tại Đại sứ quán/Lãnh sự quán hoặc Trung tâm tiếp nhận thị thực theo đúng quy trình.• Theo dõi sát sao tình trạng xét duyệt hồ sơ, cập nhật thông tin kịp thời cho học sinh và các bộ phận liên quan.• Liên hệ và làm việc với cơ quan lãnh sự khi cần thiết để làm rõ thông tin hoặc bổ sung hồ sơ.• Hướng dẫn và chuẩn bị cho học sinh các buổi phỏng vấn xin visa (nếu có yêu cầu).• Cập nhật liên tục các thay đổi về chính sách, thủ tục visa của các nước.• Lưu trữ hồ sơ khách hàng một cách khoa học, bảo mật và báo cáo công việc định kỳ/đột xuất theo yêu cầu của quản lý.

• Lập kế hoạch và chiến lược mua hàng: Xây dựng kế hoạch mua sắm theo định hướng phát triển công ty, phối hợp với các bộ phận để dự báo nhu cầu vật tư, thiết bị, dịch vụ. • Quản lý quy trình mua hàng: Thiết lập và duy trì quy trình mua hàng hiệu quả, thực hiện đầy đủ các bước từ yêu cầu báo giá, đánh giá, lựa chọn nhà cung cấp đến theo dõi tiến độ đơn hàng. • Quản lý nhà cung cấp: Tìm kiếm, đánh giá, lựa chọn và duy trì mối quan hệ với các nhà cung cấp hiện tại và tiềm năng. • Kiểm soát chất lượng và chi phí: Đảm bảo đầu vào đạt tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật, kiểm soát ngân sách, đàm phán giá để tối ưu chi phí. • Phân tích và báo cáo: Theo dõi, phân tích dữ liệu mua hàng, đánh giá hiệu quả và báo cáo định kỳ cho Ban lãnh đạo, đề xuất cải tiến. • Quản lý đội ngũ: Đào tạo, phát triển đội ngũ nhân viên phòng thu mua, định hướng và giải quyết các vấn đề phát sinh. • Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo chỉ đạo của Giám đốc.

- Chịu trách nhiệm tổ chức thi công tại hiện trường, tiến độ, chất lượng, kỹ thuật, mỹ thuật của công trình - Đôn đốc, kiểm tra công tác nghiệm thu vật liệu đầu vào, kiểm soát chất lượng đầu ra của các công trình- Thực hiện công tác báo cáo và kế hoạch công việc mỗi ngày tại dự án- Trực tiếp giám sát tiến độ, chất lượng công trình, xử lý các sự cố về chuyên môn tại công trình- Giám sát nhà thầu phụ, tổ đội trực tiếp thi công công việc, đảm bảo chất lượng và tiến độ.- Tham gia trực tiếp công tác nghiệm thu với Chủ đầu tư và thầu phụ- Theo dõi tiến độ, làm việc với thầu phụ hoặc tổ đội, quản lý thi công- Tổng hợp kết quả công việc và báo cáo quy định.- Thực hiện các yêu cầu theo sự phân công bố trí của cấp trên

Provide division-wide high-level leadership, management, supervision and administration of the Engineering Division; planning, directing, supervising and reviewing activities of the Engineer Division. Assist the CEO and Deputy CEO, MPM with managerial, supervisory and administrative responsibilities as assigned, including but not limited to finance, personnel administration, supervision and organizational development.1. Together with the Management Agent, set up the onsite technical team for new project.2. Work with the Project team to collect the building specs, drawings, licenses and related documents and provide to the Management Agent.3. Prepare and implement new technical procedures for the projects, training documents and development plan for the technical team at the project.4. Responsible for coordinating with the Project teams to review and highlight all M&E operational issues to champion best practice and efficient operation throughout the building's lifecycle.5. Monitor and supervise the Technical team at the Projects in overseeing and controlling the outsourced M&E Service Provider(s) to ensure they deliver technical service in accordance with the signed contract;6. Manage and participate in the development of the project budget. Forecasts funds needed for staffing, equipment, materials and supplies; monitors and approves expenditures; and implements budgetary adjustments, as needed;7. Ensure all Technical Services are procured in accordance with Masterise procurement policy.8. Co-ordinate with Project team and main contractor in handling common area and in-house technical defects before and after Handover to customer and during the building defect liability period;9. Review and approve the Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) Programs submitted by the on-site team; supervise the execution of the PPM;10. From time to time develop, improve the policies and procedures within the Engineer Department; together with the L&D Department develop the training material for such new/ improvement of that SOP;11. Collaborate with the IT team to assist the digitization of the technical aspect of the Property Management service offering and implement customized technology platform to all stakeholders;12. Supervise site technical teams ensuring response to Repair and Maintenance service requests from customers meet the agreed KPIs.13. Support to respond to building emergencies and provide backup support to Chief Engineer.14. Seek continuous improvements in the building's energy consumption for the purpose of cost saving, environmental protection and deliver annual improvements;15. Together with the Project Management team, participate into the T&C process and take-over the project;16. Coordinate with Quality Assurance Department to conduct periodic building inspection and audits to ensure the on-site Technical staff to compliance with operations and maintenance procedures and standards;17. Support the Senior PM/ PM to prepare for handover to the Building Owner's Committee.18. Support SPM/ PM on the daily operations/ maintenance of the properties.19. You will also be required to support the school's efforts in integration of artificial intelligence in our systems and processes within the scope of your responsibilities.Responsibilities:The Data and Apps Engineer will be directly responsible for contact between data owners and is responsible for implementing, managing, organizing and administering the Data Warehousing (DW), Business Intelligence (BI), Data Analytics (DA), Data Dashboard (DB), Extract, Transform and Load (ETL) and Google Appsheet and App Scripts based customised application solutions. This position is also responsible for general planning, oversight and training for the data processing and storage systems as well as routine and non-routine system operations and maintenance functions of these systems. Trực tiếp làm việc tại công trường, phối hợp BCH công trình, bộ phận QS văn phòng, phòng vật tư, phòng đấu thầu, phòng thiết kế: chuẩn bị hồ sơ pháp lý, trình ký hồ sơ pháp lý thi công (gồm cả tiến độ, biện pháp thi công), bản vẽ shopdrawing, chuẩn bị hồ sơ quản lý chất lượng công trình (đệ trình phê duyệt vật tư/thiết bị, hồ sơ nghiệm thu vật tư/thiết bị đầu vào, hồ sơ nghiệm thu công việc,…), trình ký bản vẽ hoàn công, nhật ký thi công 2. Phối hợp BCH công trường, bộ phận QS văn phòng, phòng vật tư: theo dõi tiến độ thi công, gửi cảnh báo về tiến độ cho các bên liên quan (nếu bị chậm), quản lý quy trình, chất lượng và hồ sơ thi công, xử lý các pháp lý liên quan tại hiện trường trong quá trình thi công theo yêu cầu 3. - Kiểm soát chất lượng và nghiệm thu thiết kế các dự án Quy hoạch Xanh – Bền vững- Đảm bảo thực hiện các dự án được giao đúng tiến độ- Quản lý các thiết kế: Quy hoạch, Hạ tầng, Kết cấu, Cơ điện, PCCC, Nội thất, Cảnh quan của các Dự án. Góp ý, phản biện về hồ sơ bản vẽ thiết kế cơ sở, hồ sơ bản vẽ kỹ thuật.- Kiểm tra, kiểm soát thay đổi thiết kế, tiến độ thiết kế từng giai đoạn và đưa ra các đề xuất và ý kiến chuyên môn; phối hợp kiểm khớp các bản vẽ thiết kế phần cơ điện, kiểm khớp với các bản vẽ kết cấu và kiến trúc trong phạm vi được phân công trước khi phát hành;- Quản lý & kiểm soát triển khai thiết kế phù hợp với tiến độ tổng thể của dự án. Giám sát tiến độ và chất lượng thiết kế của nhà thầu, đôn đốc nhà thầu thực hiện.- Tiếp nhận các ý kiến về hồ sơ thiết kế từ Ban lãnh đạo và các bộ phận đề làm việc với Tư vấn thiết kế- Phối hợp với cơ quan chính quyền địa phương để đánh giá / phê duyệt các thiết kế dự án.- Làm việc với các thầu phụ, các cơ quan chức năng liên quan đến công tác quản lý thiết kế - kỹ thuật.- Phối hợp với các thành viên khác trong Khối Quản lý dự án để tìm kiếm, đánh giá các thầu phụ/tư vấn tư vấn thiết kế và tiến hành lựa chọn và chỉ định theo quy trình.- Quản lý và giám sát các thầu phụ/tư vấn thiết kế để đảm bảo rằng các tài liệu thiết kế được hoàn thành đúng thời hạn, phù hợp với mục tiêu của dự án và kế hoạch tổng thể được phê duyệt với chi phí hợp lý.- Tham gia các cuộc họp thiết kế với các nhà tư vấn thiết kế và phối hợp với tất cả các thầu phụ/tư vấn liên quan đến công việc thiết kế.Trực tiếp làm việc với các nhà thầu tư vấn thiết kế để điều chỉnh thiết kế- Thực hiện các công việc khác theo sự phận công của Lãnh đạo.

:- Nghiên cứu, đề xuất các giải pháp, hạ tầng, công nghệ, chu trình tiếp nhận, xử lý và khai thác dữ liệu (phân loại, thu thập, chuẩn hóa, làm sạch, làm giàu, phân tích, trực quan hóa) và tham gia xây dựng các quy trình, quy định, văn bản tài liệu liên quan đến dữ liệu của Công ty.- Phân loại, thu thập và chuẩn hóa:• Xây dựng và duy trì cập nhật từ điển dữ liệu (Data dictionary) cho toàn bộ dữ liệu của Công ty.• Thực hiện phân loại, xây dựng chu trình tiếp nhận dữ liệu (data ingestion) phù hợp với từng loại/kiểu dữ liệu và nguồn dữ liệu trong từ điển dữ liệu.• Đầu mối chuẩn hóa, lưu trữ, xử lý dữ liệu lưu trữ trên hệ thống quản lý dữ liệu tập trung phù hợp với các quy trình, quy định, tiêu chuẩn quản lý dữ liệu/thông tin của Công ty.- Tích hợp hệ thống dữ liệu:• Đảm bảo khả năng kết nối liền mạch giữa hệ thống quản lý dữ liệu tập trung (Big Data, Splunk) với các hệ thống quản lý/phát sinh dữ liệu liên quan để dữ liệu luôn được cập nhật đầy đủ và chính xác.• Đầu mối quản lý kết nối và phân quyền phù hợp theo quy định, cho phép các hệ thống khai thác dữ liệu có thể truy cập vào hệ thống quản lý dữ liệu tập trung (Big Data, Splunk) nhằm phục vụ các công tác quản trị nội bộ, phân tích dữ liệu kinh doanh, .v.v.- Phân tích dữ liệu:• Quản lý hệ thống khai thác/phân tích dữ liệu để đưa ra các báo cáo, thống kê, dự báo liên quan đến hoạt động nội bộ, kinh doanh và các nhu cầu phân tích khác của Công ty dựa trên nguồn dữ liệu tập trung.• Thực hiện hoặc đầu mối phối hợp với các đơn vị cung cấp/chuyên gia nhằm thực hiện phân tích dữ liệu theo yêu cầu từ các phòng/khối trong Công ty.- Trực quan hóa dữ liệu:• Đề xuất, xây dựng các bản mẫu (template) báo cáo thống kê hỗ trợ công việc tạo lập báo cáo nhanh của các phòng/khối trong Công ty.• Cung cấp bảng biểu, biểu đồ, dashboard trực quan hiển thị thông tin báo cáo, thống kê dựa trên dữ liệu tập trung phục vụ nhu cầu nội bộ Phòng/Khối/Công ty;- Thực hiện các công việc khác theo phân công.

Phát triển sản phẩm, dịch vụ- Tìm kiếm và đề xuất các sản phẩm/dịch vụ tiềm năng, phù hợp với xu hướng tiêu dùng online để mở rộng danh mục kinh doanh trên nền tảng thương mại điện tử.- Phát triển các mô hình kinh doanh mới và xây dựng đa kênh bán hàng hiệu quả.- Nghiên cứu thị trường: Thu thập, phân tích dữ liệu thị trường, hành vi người tiêu dùng, đối thủ cạnh tranh để đưa ra các quyết định chiến lược cho kênh TMĐT.- Xây dựng và duy trì mối quan hệ tốt với các đối tác trên các sàn thương mại điện tử.2. Xây dựng kế hoạch và đánh giá hiệu quả kinh doanh- Xây dựng chiến lược, lập kế hoạch và triển khai kế hoạch kinh doanh trên các kênh bán hàng thương mại điện tử theo tháng, quý.- Tìm kiếm, phân tích tính hiệu quả của các kênh TMĐT: Shopee, Lazada, Tiki, Lotte, Tiktok,... và lập kế hoạch chiến lược cụ thể với từng nhóm hàng. - Nắm vững các công cụ về Marketing và Performance, Vận hành sàn, manage P&L...để tối ưu chuyển đổi doanh số bán.- Theo dõi, phân tích, đánh giá các chỉ số kinh doanh, tỷ lệ chuyển đổi định kỳ, cập nhật liên tục đưa ra phương án.3. Quản lý đội ngũ nhân viên- Xây dựng đội ngũ nhân sự TMĐT có năng lực, thúc đẩy hiệu suất và tạo môi trường đổi mới.- Tổ chức, phân công, đào tạo và giám sát nhân viên cho việc lên kế hoạch, triển khai và đánh giá kết quả của các hoạt động.
