Trách nhiệm chínhQuản trị cơ sở dữ liệu- Hỗ trợ nghiên cứu và đề xuất mô hình tổ chức Cơ sở dữ liệu tối ưu toàn Khối.- Thiết kế và xây dựng các tiến trình ETL/ELT, Data Pipeline, triển khai các công cụ tự động hoá nhằm thu thập, chuẩn hóa, xử lý, làm sạch dữ liệu, sẵn sàng cho phân tích và trực quan hoá dữ liệu.- Vận hành các tiến trình xử lý dữ liệu đã xây dựng.- Hỗ trợ phòng ban khi có nhu cầu khai thác dữ liệu.- Quản trị thông tin liên quan đến vấn đề quyền truy cập người dùng hệ thống cơ sở dữ liệu đó và đảm bảo được tính bảo mật một cách tuyệt đối với hệ thống cơ sở dữ liệu.- Giám sát hệ thống CSDL đảm bảo hoạt động liên tục để thông tin nhanh chóng tới người dùng và dễ sử dụng.- Đảm bảo tối ưu CSDL cho quá trình thực hiện khai thác dữ liệu được hoạt động một cách hiệu quả và đạt hiệu suất cao.- Xây dựng và quản lý thông tin mô tả CSDL nghiệp vụ theo phân công.Đổi mới số- Điều phối Dự án về dữ liệu do Ban Giám đốc Khối phân công nhằm mang lại hiệu quả Đổi mới số cho toàn Khối.- Trực tiếp xây dựng các Dasboard phân tích dữ liệu trên các công cụ BI Tool như Power BI, Qlik - Sense theo phân công của Trường bộ phận.- Đầu mối phối hợp với IT phát triển làm giàu dữ liệu và đảm bảo Chất lượng dữ liệu trên Data Warehouse cho toàn Khối.- Hỗ trợ đề xuất triển khai các dự án, công cụ mới hoặc giám sát, tư vấn và đảm bảo tối ưu hoạt động trên các công cụ đã có (Power BI, Qlik Sense, Cognos…) mang lại hiệu quả khai thác và phân tích dữ liệu.

- Đề xuất kế hoạch hoạt động thuộc phạm vi phụ trách: phương án, thời gian, chi phí, đào tạo, các hệ thống chứng nhận, …- Tổ chức việc quản lý tài liệu theo yêu cầu hệ thống, tổng hợp thông tin phục vụ cho các hoạt động: xem xét của lãnh đạo, lập và đánh giá mục tiêu chất lượng hàng năm; phối hợp xây dựng và soát xét các tài liệu thuộc hệ thống quản lý theo các tiêu chuẩn công ty đang áp dụng.- Tham gia đánh giá nội bộ và triển khai hoạt động đánh giá bên ngoài cho các hệ thống liên quan (Chất lượng, An toàn vệ sinh thực phẩm, Phát triển bền vững…)- Cung cấp các tư vấn về xây dựng, kiểm soát hệ thống, các vấn đề liên quan đến chất lượng, luật định cho các bên liên quan thuộc lĩnh vực phụ trách- Phân tích, giám sát hoặc trực tiếp tham gia vào việc thiết lập các hành động khắc phục về hệ thống kiểm soát của công ty từ các hoạt động đánh giá bên ngoài, quản lý rủi ro, đánh giá nội bộ, kiểm toán- Soát xét hồ sơ công bố chất lượng sản phẩm, tham gia soát xét hồ sơ chất lượng của các nguyên vật liệu đầu vào, thành phẩm,…; soát xét các khiếu nại khách hàng liên quan đến chất lượng.- Thực hiện các công việc khác có liên quan theo sự phân công.

Analyze maintenance data to detect failure trends and implement predictive actions. Maintain spare part lists and supervise major repair/calibration works. Ensure maintenance documentation meets ISO 17025 compliance.• Serve as technical contact point with OEM vendors (Seattle Safety, Kistler, Ernst, etc.). Work with test engineers during setup, testing, and troubleshooting. Verify system performance after repair or upgrade. Periodically assess equipment health and generate reports.• Propose and implement technical improvements for reliability and performance. - Develop, modify, apply, and maintain quality standards and protocols for transferring products and manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with ISO 13485:2016 and the company’s Quality Management System (QMS).- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, regulatory, supply chain, and suppliers to integrate quality requirements into all phases of the transfer plan, from process setup through production handover.- Define and implement inspection methods, sampling plans, and quality controls for transferred processes, including in-process and final inspection stages.- Support Test method validation (TMV), process validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ), etc with ensuring protocols, acceptance criteria, and documentation meet regulatory and QMS requirements.- Ensure quality engineering activities for NPI manufacturing transfer are compliant with quality requirement, including traceability of DOTM, process validations, etc.- Develop and maintain process risk management documentation (PFMEA, control plans) to identify, mitigate, and monitor process risks during transfer and production ramp-up.- Coordinate readiness of manufacturing equipment, tooling, and inspection systems to support process qualification and production start-up.- Work with the sending site and local teams to collect and analyze historical quality data, defect trends, and process capability information to proactively address known risks before production launch.- Participate in readiness reviews, sp builds, and verification activities to ensure process capability, product quality, and yield targets are met.- Review and manage quality issues (e.g. nonconformances) during transfer builds, ensuring timely closure, root cause analysis, and escalation into CAPA when required.- Ensure audit readiness by maintaining complete, accurate, and compliant records for validation, inspection, and risk management activities.- Apply Medtronic Performance System (MPS) principles and implement MPS tools to drive problem-solving, waste elimination, and continuous improvement throughout the product transfer lifecycle to enhance process stability, improve efficiency, and sustain high-quality output post-transfer.- Promote and ensure First Time Quality at the Source (preventive/predictive approach)

The Facilities Engineer is responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of the HSIO Plant in Bac Ninh. This role involves overseeing facility maintenance, safety, and compliance, as well as managing vendors and contractors. The Facilities Engineer will support drive operational excellence by developing and implementing best practices to ensure a clean, compliant, and functional workspace for employees. This position requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to issue resolution and continuous improvement. The responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Building Maintenance and Operations• Operate and maintain the electromechanical system of the factory: electricity, water, fire protection, HVAC, compressed air, water supply and drainage.• Collaborate with contractors to install, test, and accept technical systems during the construction phase. • Participate with technicians in troubleshooting during equipment operation, investigate to determine causes, propose solutions to resolve issues, and prevent future occurrences.• Plan and perform regular maintenance, timely address technical issues for the assigned equipment under management. Create SOP to standardize maintenance activities according to manufacturer’s guidelines.• Monitor equipment operating status during production shifts, detect abnormalities and promptly fix them. • Participate in technical improvements, upgrade electromechanical systems to optimize production efficiency.
