1. Quản lý công tác cố vấn học tập • Cập nhật các văn bản của Bộ GD&ĐT liên quan đến công tác cố vấn học tập, quy chế đào tạo, quy chế học sinh, sinh viên để tham mưu cho Trưởng Bộ phận/Trưởng phòng Đào tạo về việc rà soát, sửa đổi, bổ sung quy chế cố vấn học tập của Trường. • Chủ động và phối hợp với các đơn vị liên quan để xây dựng, rà soát, cập nhật, biên soạn sổ tay cố vấn học tập trên hệ thống học liệu điện tử E-learning. • Là đầu mối chuẩn bị tổ chức tập huấn, cung cấp tài liệu, thông tin liên quan đến hoạt động tư vấn, hướng dẫn sinh viên, công tác giảng dạy hoặc thực hiện nhiệm vụ của giảng viên (soạn nội dung, câu hỏi/đáp án, kiểm tra CVHT). • Soạn thảo quyết định bổ nhiệm cố vấn học tập vào đầu năm học hoặc quyết định thay thế, miễn nhiệm CVHT, trình Trưởng Bộ phận/Trưởng phòng Đào tạo thông qua để Hiệu trưởng phê duyệt. • Định kỳ tiếp nhận biên bản và danh sách sinh viên họp lớp CVHT, lập báo cáo tổng kết về tình hình thực hiện nhiệm vụ CVHT để Trưởng Bộ phận xem xét trước khi gửi Trưởng phòng ký. • Viết báo cáo tổng kết công tác cố vấn học tập theo học kỳ, năm học. • Lưu trữ tài liệu liên quan đến công tác quản lý CVHT. 2. Thực hiện các công việc hành chính • Quản lý Email Phòng Đào tạo, chuyển tiếp email đến các bộ phận, đơn vị liên quan; kiểm soát nội dung thông báo của các bộ phận trước khi gửi Trưởng Bộ phận xem xét, sau khi được đồng ý sẽ gửi Ban biên tập đăng lên website chính của Trường (thông qua Trưởng phòng). • Tổng hợp thông tin của Trường, quy chế đào tạo, chương trình đào tạo để xây dựng cuốn Hướng dẫn học tập năm học mới (thẩm định trước khi in và phát hành). • Thực hiện quản lý văn bản đi, đến và lưu trữ hồ sơ theo quy định. • Phối hợp với các đơn vị liên quan thực hiện báo cáo về công khai trong hoạt động của Trường ĐHTL theo Thông tư 09/2024/TT-BGDĐT ngày 3/6/2024 của Bộ Giáo dục và Đào tạo. 3. Phối hợp với Nhóm kiểm định chất lượng cơ sở giáo dục • Phối hợp với Nhóm kiểm định chất lượng cơ sở giáo dục và công tác báo cáo, thống kê để thực hiện công tác báo cáo, thống kê hằng học kỳ, hằng năm.

I. JOB DESCRIPTION1. Curriculum research & development: • Map the subject’s curriculum to ensure the consistency between standards, unit outcomes & lesson outcomes; and the consistency between learning objectives, instruction & assessment • Research and develop teaching strategies and materials (sample lesson plans, sample instructional activities, sample student handouts, etc.) to enhance learning experience and optimize educational technologies • Lead the designing of students’ learning projects for each grade level in order to enhance the students’ competencies taught in the curriculum • Lead the designing and/or the selection of both offline and online learning materials for students within and out of school time to support the attainment of learning objectives • Compose and develop assessment materials such as test bank, progression tests, formative and/or summative assessment criteria and rubrics • Develop and frequently update an inventory of curriculum development resources including professional periodicals, bulletins, books, journals, research papers and other materials • Review curriculum implementation and outcome data to continuously improve the curriculum2.
