You will report directly to the Manager of Supply Chain Management and work closely with our fulfillment team and partnership factories.WHAT YOU WILL DO• Fit Validation: Ensure the proper fit of garments throughout the design process, from sample to production. Conduct fitting sessions and communicate any adjustments or improvements required.• Technical Advice: Provide expert guidance to the design and production teams on technical garment construction, materials, and garment standards.• Construction Quality: Oversee the garment construction process, ensuring that quality, workmanship, and design integrity meet required specifications.• Pattern Grading: Develop and validate accurate pattern grading, ensuring consistency in sizing across all products.• Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous quality checks at each stage of product development and mass production to meet high standards, ensuring compliance with US and EU quality guidelines.• Product Quality Assessment: Regularly assess product quality based on customer feedback, identifying areas for improvement and implementing design enhancements to meet customer expectations and industry standards.• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including designers, pattern makers, production managers, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of designs and quality assurance.• Fast-paced Environment: Thrive in an intensive, high-pressure work environment, focusing on delivering high-quality results within tight timelines.

- Understanding and complying with the usage and marking requirements of compulsory product certification/CQC voluntary certification, conditions of cancellation, suspension and withdrawal, to ensure certificates and marks are used properly.- In charge of supervising the production process to make sure that all products meet consistent standards- Establish Flow Process Chart (FPC), Control Plan (CP) for new model. Review/Update when necessary.- Discover Supplier Quality Manual and Customer-specific requirements with each Customer.- Work with New Model Department to prepare and submit PPAP package to Customer- Follow Initial Control of new model.- Prepare/follow items for External Audits (Certificate Body of IATF, homologation…)- Solve Customer Claim (receive information from customers, coordinate other depts to find out root cause/ corrective actions, prepare report, submit to customer).- Control Internal/ External changing point.

Trách nhiệm thiết yếu• Đảm bảo xây dựng và tích hợp các tính năng AI vào sản phẩm, nâng cao trải nghiệm người dùng và hiệu suất ứng dụng.• Đảm bảo xác định chiến lược và lộ trình phát triển sản phẩm AI phù hợp với mục tiêu chiến lược của công ty.• Đảm bảo nghiên cứu thị trường, nắm bắt xu hướng AI và đề xuất ý tưởng sáng tạo để nâng cao giá trị sản phẩm.Công việc thiết yếu• Xây dựng và quản lý lộ trình phát triển sản phẩm AI theo nhu cầu thị trường.• Phối hợp với đội kỹ thuật để thiết kế và triển khai tính năng AI tối ưu.• Thu thập, phân tích phản hồi khách hàng để cải tiến sản phẩm AI liên tục.• Nghiên cứu xu hướng AI, đề xuất tính năng mới để giữ lợi thế cạnh tranh.• Lựa chọn và quản lý công cụ, quy trình hỗ trợ phát triển sản phẩm AI

1. MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:1.1 Công tác Pháp lý đầu tư & phát triển dự án- Chủ trì rà soát và lập báo cáo phân tích về tính pháp lý của các quyết định chủ trương đầu tư, chấpthuận nhà đầu tư, giấy phép đầu tư.- Theo dõi, lập danh mục toàn bộ thủ tục pháp lý cần hoàn thành theo tiến độ dự án.- Đại diện pháp lý của công ty làm việc với cơ quan nhà nước, tư vấn, hoặc các đơn vị tư vấn lý bên ngoài liên quan đến hồ sơ pháp lý dự án.- Theo dõi tiến độ pháp lý từng dự án để đánh giá, cảnh báo các rủi ro pháp lý của dự án- Đề xuất phương án xử lý pháp lý khi có thay đổi, điều chỉnh trong quá trình triển khai dự án nhằmđảm bảo tuân thủ quy định pháp luật pháp1.2 Công tác hợp đồng dự án:- Soạn thảo, rà soát, đàm phán các loại hợp đồng cho dự án- Trực tiếp tham gia đàm phán với đối tác, nhà đầu tư, cơ quan nhà nước khi có yêu cầu.- Đảm bảo các điều khoản hợp đồng bảo vệ tối đa lợi ích pháp lý của công ty1.3 Công tác tư vấn pháp lý nội bộ- Tư vấn cho Ban lãnh đạo và các phòng ban về pháp luật đầu tư, xây dựng, đất đai, doanh nghiệp,thương mại, lao động, bảo hiểm...- Tham gia thẩm định pháp lý các hồ sơ, quy chế, quy định nội bộ.- Hỗ trợ Ban dự án trong công tác đấu thầu, mua sắm, chuyển nhượng, M&A, huy động vốn...1.4 Công tác kiểm soát rủi ro và tranh chấp- Đánh giá rủi ro pháp lý trong từng giai đoạn đầu tư – triển khai – vận hành.- Chuẩn bị hồ sơ, phối hợp với luật sư trong các vụ việc tranh chấp, khiếu nại, tố tụng nếu phát sinh
