Giám sát và định kỳ báo cáo về tình hình chất lượng dữ liệu.- Phối hợp các đơn vị phân tích nguyên nhân, triển khai các giải pháp chuẩn hóa chất lượng dữ liệu- Tham gia xây dựng các quy trình, quy định, liên quan đến dữ liệu (chất lượng dữ liệu, bảo mật dữ liệu...)

Quản lý hoạt động kinh doanh và vận hành của Phòng Giao dịch được giao, đảm bảo đơn vị mình hoạt động phù hợp với chiến lược kinh doanh của cụm và chiến lược kinh doanh cảu ngân hàng, và chịu trach nhiệm trực tiếp trước Giám đốc Chi nhánh và gián tiếp trước Giám đốc Vùng về kết quả hoạt động của đơn vị. Truyền thông và gắn kết nội bộ (Change Communication & Engagement): Xây dựng Chiến lược Truyền thông Thay đổi phù hợp với từng nhóm đối tượng: Ban lãnh đạo: nhấn mạnh lợi ích chiến lược của DA. Nhân viên tuyến đầu: tập trung vào công cụ mới giúp nâng cao năng suất. Người dùng: giải thích về những cải tiến trong hành trình số. Đào tạo và nâng cao năng lực (Training & Capability Building): Phát triển và triển khai các Chương trình Đào tạo Thay đổi (Change Training Programs): Hướng dẫn nhân viên sử dụng các tính năng mới của NDEP. Đào tạo về Customer Engagement Strategies cho bộ phận kinh doanh. Nâng cao năng lực kỹ thuật số (Digital Literacy) cho đội ngũ vận hành. Xây dựng Knowledge Base để nhân viên dễ dàng truy cập các tài liệu liên quan đến DA. Theo dõi mức độ hoàn thành đào tạo và thu thập phản hồi để điều chỉnh nội dung phù hợp. Đo lường và đánh giá hiệu quả thay đổi: Xây dựng Change Metrics để đo lường hiệu quả triển khai DA: Adoption Rate: tỷ lệ nhân viên/users chấp nhận sử dụng nền tảng mới. Employee & Customer Sentiment Analysis: đánh giá mức độ hài lòng thông qua khảo sát. Căn chỉnh, lựa chọn góc máy thích hợp cho từng cảnh quay để truyền đạt hết nội dung đến người xem. Chọn góc quay phù hợp với yêu cầu từng chương trình, đảm bảo chất lượng và cảm xúc hình ảnh.
