Our current goal is to develop direct-to-consumer brands and boost customer lifetime value.As our Mobile User Acquisition Specialist, you will have full ownership of user acquisition campaigns focused on mobile apps or games — from strategy to execution — with strong support from our in-house creative, analytics, and product teams. We’re seeking someone with a solid background in user acquisition for mobile apps or games, who’s eager to drive performance at scale using tools like Applovin, Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and more.WHAT YOU WILL DO• Plan, execute, and scale data-driven User Acquisition (UA) campaigns across mobile ad networks: Applovin, Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Mintegral, IronSource, and more.• Monitor and optimize UA campaigns to improve key performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS, and LTV.• Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.• Collaborate closely with creative, analytics, and product teams to align messaging and ensure high-impact executions.• Stay ahead of mobile ad tech trends and quickly adapt to changes in platform algorithms, bidding models, and audience behaviors.• Test and iterate ad creatives, signal segments, and campaign strategies to continuously improve performance and maximize return on investment.
