Payroll & Insurance• Track and update attendance, working shifts, and leave records through the company’s internal system.• Monitor and ensure accurate overtime, leave balance, and related C&B data.• Co-work with the internal team for monthly payroll for all employees, including payroll data preparation, payroll execution, and payslip issuance.• Be in charge of insurances: social insurance and healthcare insurance (PVI).• Clarify and resolve employee inquiries related to company regulation, payroll & insurance.• Support the employees in the PVI claiming process, including guidance and required document collection.2. Policy Implementation & HR Operations• Administer company policies and procedures.• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure HR processes are compliant and well executed.• Prepare monthly, yearly, and ad-hoc C&B reports.3.
