* Job Purpose:Our client, an international leasing company with offices in Hong Kong, London, Shanghai, Seoul and Milan, is looking for Sales Process Manager. If you're detail-orientated and are an expert on Excel, this job might suit you.* Key Responsibilities/ Major Tasks/ Principal Accountability• Search, sort and manage data;• Ensure salesmen have clients to call at all times;• Planning the call lists for salesmen every day;• Control clients on call list have been spoken to by salesmen. If not spoken to, move to the following day and ensure the salesman speak to the client then;• Control salesmen send correct documents and correct invoices to the clients on the correct day;• Control and update clients history in CRM;• Distribute incoming inquiries to salesmen and follow up result;• Ensure the salesmen call back the clients at appointed time;• Be able to find any clients in the database and extract clients history from database;• Produce daily program report on sales target and report this to Directors;• Complete salesmen training by using cutting edge technique.
