Thực hiện các nghiệp vụ mua hàng được giao nhiệm vụ- Tiếp nhận các yêu cầu hỏi hàng/ mua hàng từ bộ phận Kinh doanh, tìm kiếm và đề xuất phương án mua hàng tối ưu nội địa và nhập khẩu cho bộ phận kinh doanh nhanh chóng kịp thời- Đàm phán với các nhà cung cấp để có các điều khoản thương mại tốt nhất cho đơn đặt hàng/Hợp đồng mua hàng;- Theo dõi và cập nhật tiến độ hàng hoá cho đến khi hàng về đến kho;- Theo dõi và xác nhận công nợ với nhà cung cấp;- Xử lý khiếu nại của khách hàng với nhà cung cấp khi có phát sinh (khiếu nại về thanh toán, chất lượng, thời gian giao hàng,…);- Giải quyết các vấn đề phát sinh trong quá trình mua hàng. - Tuân thủ nghiêm chính sách, quy trình mua hàng- Phối hợp cung cấp hồ sơ, giấy tờ với bộ phận logistics để hoàn thành giấy phép nhập khẩu. - Chủ động tìm kiếm – mở rộng nguồn hàng mới phù hợp với mục tiêu kinh doanh của công ty. 2.
