We are seeking a results-driven and strategically minded Project Manager with a proven track record in project management and operational excellence. In this role, you will take ownership of leading key initiatives, managing complex projects, and driving continuous improvements across our operations in product development. You will collaborate cross-functionally, utilizing data to define requirements and guide decision-making. Your ability to solve complex problems, lead cross-functional teams, and deliver high-quality outcomes under tight deadlines will be key to your success.WHAT YOU WILL DO1. Strategic Leadership in Operations• Drive seasonal planning by aligning product roadmaps with team goals, market trends, and development calendars.• Optimize operational processes to improve time-to-market, workflow, and resource allocation.• Report progress and insights to upper management, providing data-driven updates and aligning team outputs with strategic business objectives.2. Team Management• Advise Project Coordinators in managing team tasks and workload based on project timelines, individual strengths, and capacity to prevent burnout and ensure excellence of deliverables.• Facilitate communication and collaboration, ensuring designers and coordinators are aligned on project goals, milestones, and dependencies.• Monitor team performance and morale, and maintain a productive, motivated working environment.• Foster team development by mentoring junior members, providing regular feedback, and supporting skill growth.3. Timeline & Risk Monitoring• Supervise project timelines, mapping out all phases from concept to launch, including design, sampling, and production.• Run regular check-ins and status reviews with Project Coordinators to monitor progress and bottlenecks.• Mitigate risks proactively by identifying potential issues and creating scenario-based contingency plans to enable agile pivots without disrupting overall timelines or product quality.4. Stakeholder Management • Lead cross-team alignment between Product Development, Supply Chain, and Marketing teams to ensure Marketing’s go-to-market needs and SCE’s capacity planning are integrated early in development.• Manage team priorities, operational constraints, and vendor capabilities into drive clear, actionable plans.• Set up structured communication cadences (e.g., weekly cross-functional check-ins, milestone reviews) to ensure transparency and fast issue resolution.5. Budget & Expense Management• Plan and track project budgets across the product development cycles.• Forecast and monitor expenses by category, flagging potential overruns and recommending adjustments.• Identify cost-saving opportunities through design-for-cost strategies without compromising quality.• Report budget status to stakeholders, connecting spending decisions to business outcomes.
