Job SummaryICC-Kajima is seeking to fill the position of Senior Commercial Leasing Manager within the Hanoi Office. The Commercial Leasing Manager’s primary responsibility will be managing a team of professionals to lease retail and office space at Parc Hanoi, at 65,000m2 international standard commercial tower in the Starlake Township. The candidate is to possess strong management, business development, sales/leasing and negotiating skills with expertise within Vietnam’s industrial market. The candidate should be a result driven individual focused on setting sales targets and motivating a team of leasing professionals to reach the company leasing target.
