The BIM Modeler will create project deliverable 3D models and 2D drawings using Autodesk Revit as well as Thornton Tomasetti’s suite of internally developed interoperability tools. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable, passionate about BIM associated technologies and building structural systems, and able to work in an independent and self-directed manner in all aspects of the building design and document production process.Responsibilities• Create 3D models to a high level of accuracy with instruction, industry guidelines, and Thornton Tomasetti standards and practices.• Develop plans, sections, elevations, schedules and details from a 3D BIM model for projects of all sizes and technical complexities.• Clearly annotate, dimension, and detail 2D production drawings in conformance to Thornton Tomasetti standards and practices.• Set up and geo-locate multiple models for a single project.• Manage the BIM workflow including folder organization, sheet sets, plots, revisions, and transmittals.• Maintain structural BIM files for use in the structural design drawings (clean-up, audit, reference, troubleshooting).• Use software such as Bluebeam, BIM360/ACC, and Navisworks for project collaboration across multiple disciplines in a BIM environment.• Collaborate with engineers and PMs to coordinate BIM modeling content and approaches, model exchanges, quality control, and delivery.• Experience in collaborating with Architecture and MEP drawings/models is preferred.• Continued development of “best practices” for BIM.

:1. Quản lý các thủ tục giai đoạn chuẩn bị đầu tư, thực hiện đầu tư, kết thúc đầu tư.2. Thực hiện báo cáo kế hoạch tổng thể triển khai dự án cho Ban Giám đốc.3. Thực hiện báo cáo kết quả dự án cho Ban Giám đốc và các cơ quan quản lý chuyên ngành theo quy định.4. Chủ trì lập, quản lý hợp đồng tư vấn và thi công xây lắp, 5. Quản lý tiến độ, chất lượng công trình, ATLĐ, VSMT, khối lượng, chi phí dự án;6. Tham mưu cho Ban Giám đốc về các vấn đề pháp lý phát sinh trong quá trình thực hiện dự án.7. Quản lý nghiệm thu thanh toán, quyết toán và kiểm toán.8. Chủ trì xây dựng kế hoạch thực hiện dự án giai đoạn thi công, nghiệm thu, bàn giao.9. Kiểm soát và điều chỉnh tiến độ của Dự án.10. Tham mưu duyệt hồ sơ, thủ tục trong quá trình triển khai;11. Chủ trì làm việc với địa phương, các cơ quan ban ngành liên quan trong quá trình thực hiện;12. Các công việc khác được giao.

- Giám sát lắp dựng kết cấu thép- Tiếp nhận và theo dõi tiến độ thi công tại công trình.- Giám sát toàn bộ các công việc thi công tại công trình.- Tham gia họp bàn giao tại công trình.- Lập báo cáo tại công trình và báo cáo cho Trưởng bộ phận .- Chịu trách nhiệm quản lý đội thi công tại công trình.- Chịu trách nhiệm về tiến độ, chi phí, an toàn thi công tại công trình.- Nghiệm thu với tổ đội và khách hàng các công việc xây dựng- Supervision Erection of steel structures.- Receive and monitor construction progress at the site. - Supervise all construction work at the site.- Participate in handover meetings at the construction site. - Prepare reports at the construction site and report to the Department Head.- Responsible for managing the construction team at the construction site.- Responsible for progress, costs, and construction safety at the construction site.- Acceptance with the team and customers of construction jobs

1. Nghiên cứu hồ sơ bản vẽ của dự án để triển khai các bản vẽ pháp lý phục vụ công tác đấu thầu.2. Triển khai bản vẽ thi công Shop drawing (Revit MEP và Auto CAD) cho các hệ thống Cơ (Cấp thoát nước, HVAC,...) phục vụ cho dự án triển khai công tác thi công.3. Bóc tách khối lượng, lấy giá nhà cung cấp cho các hệ thống Cơ và so sánh với các yêu cầu kỹ thuật trong hồ sơ mời thầuLập bản dự toán chào thầu.4. Phối hợp với các phòng ban, bộ phận để bóc tách, kiểm soát khối lượng phục vụ lập dự toán/ đặt hàng trong quá trình thi công.5. Thực hiện các công việc khác theo sự chỉ đạo của cấp trên.
