Leveraging your Agile expertise, you'll build structured processes, closely track team progress, ensure alignment with strategic objectives.Prior fashion industry experience is not mandatory; however, a willingness to quickly adapt, learn, and effectively collaborate with creative teams is essential. You will regularly interact with expats and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of all development projects.WHAT YOU WILL DOProject Planning & Agile Process Management• Develop, standardize, and optimize Agile project management practices including task breakdown, sprint planning, retrospectives, and detailed reporting• Closely manage and monitor project timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring timely delivery of products and milestones• Identify potential risks or blockers early and work with relevant stakeholders to remove them before they impact deliveryPerformance Monitoring & Decision Making• Continuously monitor and analyze team performance• Regularly gather and interpret key data points (velocity, completion rates, resource utilization, development milestones), ensuring team targets remain relevant and achievable• Ensure performance metrics and project priorities stay aligned with business objectives• Generate clear, actionable reports to support strategic decision-making at leadership levelsCross-functional Coordination & Communication• Serve as the central point for cross-team collaboration, maintaining alignment of goals and priorities• Facilitate structured meetings with clear documentation of discussions, actions, and follow-up responsibilitiesTeam Development• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and career development activities within your teams.• Conduct regular one-on-ones, performance reviews, and provide coaching to continuously improve team performance
