Develop the annual marketing strategy and calendar aligned with POPMART brand positioning and HQ objectives.Plan, track, and manage marketing budgets by campaign, event, and platform.Work with agencies and internal teams to develop and execute retail marketing campaigns, product launches, and pop-up events.Supervise campaign performance analysis, collect insights, and optimize future activities based on ROI and engagement metrics.Manage communications and approvals with POPMART HQ (in English), ensuring alignment on visuals, tone, and strategy.Apply AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Canva AI, Midjourney) to accelerate campaign planning, copywriting, content creation, and data summarization.Support digital marketing and community growth (TikTok, Facebook, Shopee, etc.) in collaboration with content teams.Build and lead a marketing team with clear roles (events, digital, content, VM, CRM), including recruitment and training.Ensure all brand activities reinforce POPMART’s image and contribute to sales performance.
