Thực hiện viết và phát triển nội dung: bài đăng social (post, caption, mini series), kịch bản video ngắn (Reels, TikTok, Shorts), bài blog/SEO cơ bản về: nail, beauty, kinh doanh tiệm nail, ứng dụng AI... Phối hợp với designer/video editor để sản xuất hình ảnh, video; hoặc tự sử dụng Canva/AI image khi cần. Đề xuất và triển khai các series nội dung giáo dục: hướng dẫn sử dụng Nailhub.AI, tips cho chủ tiệm nail, case study khách hàng. Theo dõi, tổng hợp và đánh giá hiệu quả nội dung (view, reach, engagement, CTR, inbox...) và đề xuất phương án tối ưu. 2. QUẢN LÝ & TƯƠNG TÁC CỘNG ĐỒNG: Quản lý, chăm sóc các group/cộng đồng liên quan (chủ tiệm nail, KOL/creator, user Nailhub.AI...): lên lịch bài, ghim bài quan trọng, tổ chức minigame, livestream, Q&A. Sử dụng các công cụ quản lý cộng đồng & social như: Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, các tool lên lịch bài, quản lý comment/inbox, chatbot (nếu có). ỨNG DỤNG AI TRONG CÔNG VIỆC: Sử dụng thành thạo AI hỗ trợ sáng tạo nội dung: ChatGPT/Claude/Gemini... để research, lên outline, draft content, gợi ý ý tưởng, tối ưu câu chữ. HỖ TRỢ NỘI DUNG CHO VLINKPAY (KHI CẦN): Viết và phát triển nội dung cho các kênh/hoạt động của Vlinkpay: bài social media, landing page, EDM, FAQ, hướng dẫn sử dụng... Thực hiện nội dung cho chiến dịch ra mắt tính năng mới, khuyến mãi, partnership...
