The primary responsibilities of this position are to collaborate with the stakeholders to identify specific business requirements, design, and develop innovative solutions by using the Microsoft Power Apps Platform. Proactively engage in the software development process by eliciting, researching, analyzing, and consulting on business requirements for key projects. Attend meetings with the North American product team to gather and clarify product requirements. Create detailed documentation and requirements specifications for development. Collaborate with testers to ensure development outcomes meet agreed-upon requirements. Draft and distribute user manuals and guides for end-users. Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
