You will be an integral part of the team, enhancing and maintaining the childcare platform and other projects. Product Ownership & DeliveryCollaborate with Product Managers to define and execute the product roadmap.Manage feature planning, specs, and delivery timelines in coordination with Design and Engineering teams.Create and maintain clear, actionable product documentation on platforms like Confluence and Notion.Translate business requirements into product requirements (PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria)Data & Decision-MakingTrack product KPIs and propose data-informed improvements.Conduct in-depth analysis on feature performance, user behavior, and funnels.Collaborate with Analysts and QA to validate hypotheses and ensure feature quality.Team CollaborationFacilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews (as needed).Ensure product tasks in Jira are well-defined and regularly updated.Coordinate with Game Designers to align feature delivery with design intent.Ensure the team follows product discovery and delivery checklists.
