Chủ trì và chuyên trách xây dựng các đề án khả thi (business case) nhằm chứng minh tính cần thiết, lợi ích (tài chính và phi tài chính), xây dựng giải pháp công nghệ, cách thức tổ chức và triển khai dự án; trực tiếp thực hiện bảo vệ đề án với Hội đồng đầu tư hoặc hướng dẫn Giám đốc dự án thực hiện bảo vệ đề án; Đảm nhận vai trò Giám đốc công nghệ trong dự án (IT Project Director) với các dự án được giao thực thi. Thúc đẩy giao tiếp và hợp tác giữa Kinh doanh/Nghiệp vụ và Công nghệ. Tổ chức các hoạt động tham quan, trao đổi với các đơn vị kinh doanh/nghiệp vụ để tìm kiếm các ý tưởng áp dụng công nghệ vào việc tối ưu vận hành, tăng hiệu quả bán và mang lại những trải nghiệm mới cho khách hàng, người dùng cuối. He/she will require technical knowledge of compressed air systems, customer orientation and strong ownership mindset to be successful in this role. Responsibilities• Perform installation, inspection, diagnose, maintenance and rectification on compressed air system at various commercial and industrial establishments.• Conduct site and classroom training to customers on compressed air system.• Recommend necessary actions to improve the efficiency and reliability of customer’s compressed air system.• General service report writing for internal and external customers.• Document and prepare field service quality reports. If there are quality problems, it is necessary to feedback specific product defects to the production department and assist customers to take corrective measures.
