1. Huy động vốn & Quan hệ đối tác • Thực hiện huy động vốn từ các khách hàng định chế tài chính trong nước (TCTD, CTCK, Công ty Quản lý Quỹ, Công ty Bảo hiểm, ĐCTC nước ngoài…) thông qua Chứng chỉ tiền gửi và các công cụ tài chính khác do VietCredit phát hành. • Làm đầu mối trao đổi, triển khai hợp tác với các định chế tài chính nước ngoài, tổ chức tài chính quốc tế (Quỹ đầu tư, Quỹ phát triển, Quỹ ủy thác, Tổ chức tín dụng, chi nhánh ngân hàng nước ngoài…). • Quản lý, chăm sóc khách hàng định chế để duy trì và mở rộng số dư huy động. • Phối hợp với các phòng/ban nội bộ để xây dựng phương án huy động vốn (song phương, hợp vốn, phát hành công cụ tài chính) phù hợp với nhu cầu và chiến lược vốn của công ty. • Tham gia các buổi họp, đàm phán với đối tác để trình bày phương án vay vốn, cung cấp hồ sơ tài chính, phương án sử dụng và trả nợ.2. Quản lý & cân đối vốn • Thực hiện nghiệp vụ cân đối vốn, quản lý thanh khoản. • Thực hiện giao dịch trên thị trường tiền tệ (FX, MM). • Đề xuất, triển khai các giao dịch mua, bán, cầm cố, repo chứng chỉ tiền gửi, trái phiếu chính phủ, trái phiếu TCTD và các loại trái phiếu khác theo quy định, nhằm tối ưu hóa nguồn vốn và lợi nhuận. • Tham mưu cho Ban lãnh đạo (ALCO) trong việc xây dựng cơ cấu Bảng tổng kết tài sản, phân tích biến động tài sản Nợ – Có, đề xuất biện pháp quản trị rủi ro.3. Quản trị hợp đồng & pháp lý • Phối hợp rà soát, thẩm định hợp đồng vay vốn trong và ngoài nước, đảm bảo tuân thủ pháp luật Việt Nam và các quy định pháp lý quốc tế (FATCA, AML...). • Thực hiện thủ tục đăng ký, giải ngân, báo cáo liên quan đến huy động vốn nước ngoài với Ngân hàng Nhà nước. • Theo dõi, quản lý toàn bộ nghĩa vụ phát sinh từ các khoản vay (thanh toán, báo cáo định kỳ, sử dụng vốn, cam kết…).4. Quản trị quy trình & thông tin thị trường • Xây dựng, hoàn thiện quy chế, quy trình, quy định nghiệp vụ liên quan đến huy động và quản lý vốn. • Cập nhật diễn biến thị trường vốn trong nước và quốc tế, chính sách tiền tệ, biến động tỷ giá, xu hướng chi phí vốn để tư vấn giải pháp tài chính hiệu quả. • Thực hiện các công việc khác theo phân công của Giám đốc Nguồn vốn.
