MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:1. Quản lý và điều hành công việc của bộ phận- Xây dựng, tổ chức và giám sát quy trình thực hiện hồ sơ thủ tục mua bán – cho thuê xe.- Điều phối, phân công công việc cho nhân viên trong nhóm đảm bảo tiến độ và chất lượng xử lý hồ sơ.- Đảm bảo hồ sơ được kiểm tra, xác minh đầy đủ, chính xác và đúng quy định trước khi chuyển bước tiếp theo (thẩm định, kế toán, bàn giao xe...).- Kiểm soát thời gian xử lý hồ sơ, hạn chế tối đa tồn đọng hoặc sai sót thủ tục.2. Kiểm soát tuân thủ và chất lượng hồ sơ- Đảm bảo toàn bộ hồ sơ khách hàng, hợp đồng thuê/mua bán được lập, lưu trữ và cập nhật đúng quy định.- Thẩm tra, đối chiếu thông tin khách hàng, hợp đồng, chứng từ thanh toán, chứng nhận xe... nhằm giảm thiểu rủi ro pháp lý.- Phối hợp với Phòng Pháp chế và Kiểm soát nội bộ trong việc rà soát, cải tiến quy trình và hướng dẫn nhân sự tuân thủ.- Giám sát việc thực hiện chính sách ưu đãi, chiết khấu, phí thuê/mua và các điều khoản đặc thù.3. Hỗ trợ khách hàng & phối hợp liên phòng ban- Phối hợp với bộ phận Kinh doanh, Kho xe và Kế toán trong việc hoàn thiện thủ tục bàn giao xe, thanh toán và đăng ký xe.- Hỗ trợ giải đáp thắc mắc của khách hàng liên quan đến hồ sơ, thủ tục pháp lý và quy trình giao dịch.- Đóng vai trò cầu nối giữa khách hàng và các đơn vị nội bộ để đảm bảo trải nghiệm dịch vụ liền mạch.4.
