NHIỆM VỤ:Trưởng ban Biên tập Nội dung có trách nhiệm chính trong việc định hình, quản lý và đảm bảo chất lượng, tính chính xác, và sự hấp dẫn của toàn bộ nội dung học thuật của các sản phẩm giáo dục số của Công ty với các nhiệm vụ chủ chốt sau:1. Hoạch định chiến lược nội dung:- Nghiên cứu xu hướng thị trường giáo dục số và nhu cầu của người học để xác định nội dung phù hợp cho sản phẩm.- Phân tích xu hướng giáo dục, nội dung của đối thủ cạnh tranh và phản hồi của người dùng để liên tục cải tiến và phát triển các loại hình nội dung mới.- Lên kế hoạch sản xuất, biên tập, và cập nhật nội dung chi tiết theo lộ trình phát triển sản phẩm, đảm bảo tiến độ và ngân sách.2. Quản lý và sản xuất nội dung- Xây dựng Quy trình: Thiết lập và tối ưu hóa quy trình làm việc khép kín từ khâu lên ý tưởng, sản xuất thô, biên tập, kiểm duyệt, duyệt cuối cùng và xuất bản (bao gồm cả các vòng lặp phản hồi và chỉnh sửa).- Kiểm soát Chất lượng (QA/QC): Đảm bảo tính chính xác 100% về mặt học thuật, ngôn ngữ, chính tả, ngữ pháp và tính hấp dẫn của nội dung trước khi đưa lên nền tảng. Theo dõi các chỉ số hiệu suất của nội dung (lượt tương tác, mức độ hoàn thành, phản hồi người dùng...) để đo lường hiệu quả của chiến lược nội dung và đưa ra các điều chỉnh cần thiết.- Quản lý Hệ thống Nội dung: Giám sát việc tổ chức, phân loại và quản lý kho nội dung số một cách khoa học và dễ dàng truy xuất.3. Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan- Quản lý và điều phối công việc của bộ phận R&D.- Phối hợp chặt chẽ với bộ phận marketing, kinh doanh và bộ phận Công nghệ thông tin để đảm bảo nội dung tích hợp mượt mà với tính năng nền tảng và nội dung truyền thông của sản phẩm4. Phát triển và quản lý đội ngũ- Tuyển dụng, đào tạo và phát triển năng lực cho đội ngũ R&D- Tạo động lực và xây dựng văn hóa làm việc hiệu quả trong nhóm.

Job Summary: The Project Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of the platform development lifecycle, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
