1. Tiếp nhận, Phân tích & Mô hình hoá yêu cầu nghiệp vụ: Tham gia vào quá trình viết, mô tả và quản lý tài liệu về nghiệp vụ hiện tại của sản phẩm. Tiếp nhận và làm rõ yêu cầu mới từ PO, đơn vị nghiệp vụ và các stakeholders khác. Tìm phương án, giải pháp để hiện thực hóa các yêu cầu nghiệp vụ thành tính năng. Viết, mô hình hoá những yêu cầu mới dưới dạng tài liệu để thống nhất phương án với Dev, PO và các bên liên quan. Phân tích và thiết kế logic tính năng cho sản phẩm, đảm bảo phù hợp với luồng nghiệp vụ và trải nghiệm người dùng. 2. Phối hợp phát triển tính năng: Phối hợp trao đổi với Dev và PO về yêu cầu nghiệp vụ và phương án triển khai nếu cần. Vẽ Wireframe và phối hợp với Designer để thiết kế giao diện cho tính năng nếu cần. Theo sát quá trình phát triển của Dev để đảm bảo đang triển khai đúng hướng. Phối hợp cùng tester trong quá trình viết test-cases. Chuẩn bị tài liệu hướng dẫn sử dụng, demo tính năng nếu cần thiết. Tham gia test, nghiệm thu, đảm bảo tính năng chạy đúng yêu cầu nghiệp vụ ban đầu trước khi release. Tham gia cùng PO trong quá trình quản lý backlog và tiến độ sản phẩm 3. Quản lý & hệ thống hóa tài liệu sản phẩm: Xây dựng, cập nhật và lưu trữ tài liệu sản phẩm một cách khoa học. Đảm bảo tài liệu luôn đồng bộ với các bản release và logic hệ thống thực tế.

Work directly with US and Vietnamese clients, collect project information, analyze and identify clients’ requirements. Synthesize requirements and build technical requirement documentation and general design documents. Do market research or surveys based on clients’ requirements Discuss and clarify the business logic behind the technology. Analyze business requirements collected from clients, evaluate and consult on solutions. Support Project Manager in project planning and implementation. Manage product backlog: coordinate with team members - designers, Developers, devops, QA, IT, etc. - to ensure features are built to specifications. Research and develop features for the application: draw wireframes, create specification documents. Analyze the business and users’ needs to build prototype design requirements. Research and analyze user behaviors to create benchmarks and ​​suggest app improvements. Analyze competitors’ strengths and weaknesses. Research new solutions and technologies.

Develop complete modules/features from design to deployment.Apply appropriate Design Patterns to ensure the code is scalable, maintainable, and readable.Adhere to Secure Coding principles and manage errors effectively.Collaborate with the DevOps team to define, provision, and maintain cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).Write comprehensive Unit Tests, Integration Tests, and API Tests suitable for the project scope.Build or contribute to the project's Test Plan and Test Cases.Analyze automated test results within the CI/CD pipeline.Conduct code reviews for other members, guiding them on performance optimization and code readability.
