• Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ định kì của phòng theo lĩnh vực được phân công bao gồm: khai phá dữ liệu, phân tích chuyên sâu, xây dựng và làm giàu kho dữ liệu đặc trưng, phát triển mô hình phục vụ kinh doanh (tiềm năng bán, upsale, cross sale, chống churn ...)• Thực hiện xây dựng và phát triển các mô hình phục vụ đáp ứng nhu cầu và hỗ trợ ra quyết định kinh doanh trên lĩnh vực được phân công • Thực hiện công tác điều chỉnh, vận hành, tối ưu hóa các mô hình hiện hữu phục vụ đáp ứng nhu cầu và đạt hiệu quả kinh doanh cao.• Tham gia và báo cáo lãnh đạo dự án, lãnh đạo khối các dự án về công tác xây dựng mô hình phân tích dữ liệu được phân công

• Quản lý dự án Khối Tài chính: Phân tích yêu cầu của các đơn vị nghiệp vụ trong khối để xác định tính cần thiết triển khai dự án; Thiết lập lộ trình triển khai, thống nhất với các đơn vị trong nội bộ khối về phạm vi công việc, trách nhiệm của các đơn vị trong khối cũng như các đơn vị có liên quan; Theo dõi, kiểm soát tiến độ triển khai của dự án; Điều phối các nguồn lực dự án trong quá trình triển khai, đảm bảo đúng timeline & chất lượng sản phẩm; Chủ động báo cáo & xử lý các vấn đề vướng mắc trong quá trình triển khai.• Đại diện Khối Tài chính tham gia các dự án toàn hàng: Đánh giá tính khả thi, phân tích chi phí lợi nhuận của các chương trình, dự án của các đơn vị khác thuộc VPBank trong phạm vi nhiệm vụ được giao. Phân tích, cho ý kiến về các dự án toàn hàng của VPBank ở các giai đoạn của dự án (FS/PIR, CR, triển khai, báo cáo đóng dự án & báo cáo hiệu quả sau triển khai). Đánh giá hiệu quả dự án sau triển khai dựa trên các tiêu chí đã thống nhất từ khi khởi tạo dự án. Theo dõi, kiểm soát việc tuân thủ báo cáo hiệu quả dự án sau triển khai.• Thẩm định hiệu quả tài chính dự án: Đánh giá tính khả thi, phân tích chi phí lợi nhuận của các chương trình, dự án của các đơn vị khác thuộc VPBank trong phạm vi nhiệm vụ được giao. Phân tích, cho ý kiến về các dự án toàn hàng của VPBank ở các giai đoạn của dự án (FS/PIR, CR, triển khai, báo cáo đóng dự án & báo cáo hiệu quả sau triển khai). Đánh giá hiệu quả dự án sau triển khai dựa trên các tiêu chí đã thống nhất từ khi khởi tạo dự án. Theo dõi, kiểm soát việc tuân thủ báo cáo hiệu quả dự án sau triển khai.• Xây dựng quy định, quy trình quản lý dự án: Chủ động tham gia phân tích, đề xuất các cải tiến trong việc xây dựng, sửa đổi bổ sung quy định, quy trình về QLDA mỗi khi có sự thay đổi về cơ cấu tổ chức hoặc chức năng nhiệm vụ của các đơn vị trong NH; Tổng hợp ý kiến của các đơn vị liên quan để soạn thảo quy định/quy trình theo hướng đề xuất.• Tổng hợp, báo cáo tình hình dự án: Chủ động trao đổi với các đầu mối để nắm bắt được tiến độ của các dự án toàn hàng bao gồm tiến độ thực hiện, kết quả, các khó khăn vướng mắc. Hiểu rõ về thông tin về kế hoạch ngân sách các dự án toàn hàng, đề xuất các báo cáo phân loại triển khai với dự án.• Đào tạo hướng dẫn các CBNV trong phòng để nâng cao kiến thức, kinh nghiệm chuyên môn; tư vấn và hỗ trợ kịp thời cho các thành viên khi có vướng mắc hoặc phương án xử lý tối ưu trong nhóm;• Thực hiện các công việc khác theo sự phân công của Trưởng phòng.

- Nghiên cứu, đề xuất các giải pháp, hạ tầng, công nghệ, chu trình tiếp nhận, xử lý và khai thác dữ liệu (phân loại, thu thập, chuẩn hóa, làm sạch, làm giàu, phân tích, trực quan hóa) và tham gia xây dựng các quy trình, quy định, văn bản tài liệu liên quan đến dữ liệu của Công ty.- Phân loại, thu thập và chuẩn hóa:+ Xây dựng và duy trì cập nhật từ điển dữ liệu (Data dictionary) cho toàn bộ dữ liệu của Công ty.+ Thực hiện phân loại, xây dựng chu trình tiếp nhận dữ liệu (data ingestion) phù hợp với từng loại/kiểu dữ liệu và nguồn dữ liệu trong từ điển dữ liệu.+ Đầu mối chuẩn hóa, lưu trữ, xử lý dữ liệu lưu trữ trên hệ thống quản lý dữ liệu tập trung phù hợp với các quy trình, quy định, tiêu chuẩn quản lý dữ liệu/thông tin của Công ty. - Tích hợp hệ thống dữ liệu:+ Đảm bảo khả năng kết nối liền mạch giữa hệ thống quản lý dữ liệu tập trung (Big Data, Splunk) với các hệ thống quản lý/phát sinh dữ liệu liên quan để dữ liệu luôn được cập nhật đầy đủ và chính xác.+ Đầu mối Quản lý kết nối và phân quyền phù hợp theo quy định, cho phép các hệ thống khai thác dữ liệu có thể truy cập vào hệ thống quản lý dữ liệu tập trung (Big Data, Splunk) nhằm phục vụ các công tác quản trị nội bộ, phân tích dữ liệu kinh doanh, .v.v.- Phân tích dữ liệu:+ Quản lý hệ thống khai thác/phân tích dữ liệu để đưa ra các báo cáo, thống kê, dự báo liên quan đến hoạt động nội bộ, kinh doanh và các nhu cầu phân tích khác của Công ty dựa trên nguồn dữ liệu tập trung. + Thực hiện hoặc dầu mối phối hợp với các đơn vị cung cấp/chuyên gia nhằm thực hiện phân tích dữ liệu theo yêu cầu từ các phòng/khối trong Công ty.- Trực quan hóa dữ liệu:+ Đề xuất, xây dựng các bản mẫu (template) báo cáo thống kê hỗ trợ công việc tạo lập báo cáo nhanh của các phòng/khối trong Công ty.+ Cung cấp bảng biểu, biểu đồ, dashboard trực quan hiển thị thông tin báo cáo, thống kê dựa trên dữ liệu tập trung phục vụ nhu cầu nội bộ Phòng/Khối/Công ty;- Thực hiện các công việc khác theo phân công.
