This role combines deep database expertise, especially in Oracle, with modern DevOps practices, focusing on automating, deploying, and managing robust Database-as-a-Service (DBaaS) platforms on Kubernetes in hybrid cloud environments. As a DevOps Database Engineer, you’ll bridge database engineering and DevOps, specializing in automation, orchestration, and reliability of databases on Kubernetes.
